THE FACTS & THE LAW: On November 29, 2020, the Tribunal issued Emergency Injunctions and Writs of Mandamus, enforceable in the National Courts of the 118 Nations ratifying the International Criminal Code banning Genocide & Crimes against Humanity. The Tribunal is now in process of Enforcing these Judgments (a) in US and Canadian Federal Court and UK High Court through the Office of Military Settlement, a Common Law agency headed up by a retired General of the Canadian Armed Forces, and (b) in the National Courts of ratifying Nations including Sierra Leone, South Africa, and Ghana; European ratifying Nations including the UK; North American ratifying Nations including Canada, with more to come in early 2021.
