VANCOUVER, BC - The latest environmental warfare technology in reported geoengineering appears to the HAARP/chemtrails snow that does not melt. One observer states,"I've seen many posts online regarding snow that does not melt to water over open flame and sure enough I just took snow from multiple locations just 20min from Toronto, Canada. I first held it under a regular lighter and then a barbecue lighter and it:
A) DOES NOT MELT TO WATER
B) MELTS LIKE PLASTIC WITH NO WATER DROPLETS AT ALL.
C) TURNS BLACK
D) STRONG SMELL OF PLASTIC

Weather warfare update: Snow that won't melt as Geoengineering HAARP/chemtrails nanobots?
Question: Alfred, what is the proof that these are nanobots? That to me means intelligent robots that can be controlled to move and do certain operations, whereas fibre is just a material that will cause certain serious chemical and biochemical reactions, but is not controllable like a machine, a robot. Isn't it just nanofibre?
