PURPOSE OF STRATEGIC WEATHER WARFARE ATTACK ON CANADA, CALGARY, CANADIAN GOVT, AND CANADIAN PEOPLE (THE EQUIVALENT OF A CONVENTIONAL LARGE SCALE BOMBING RAID)
1. To "punish" Canada for not supporting and following the US/UK World War III game plan in Syria;
