Leuren Moret Biography: Independent Scientist; Expert Witness at the Tokyo International Tribunal for War Crimes in Afghanistan; Expert Witness on HAARP & Environmental Warfare

Leuren Moret was an Expert Witness at the International Criminal Tribunal For Afghanistan At Tokyo.  She is an independent scientist and international expert on radiation and public health issues. She is on the organizing committee of the World Committee on Radiation Risk, an organization of independent radiation specialists, including members of the Radiation Committee in the EU parliament, the European Committee on Radiation Risk.  She has been an environmental commissioner for the City of Berkeley. Ms. Moret earned her BS in geology at U.C. Davis in 1968 and her MA in Near Eastern studies from U.C. Berkeley in 1978.  She has completed all but her dissertation for a PhD in the geosciences at U.C. Davis.  She has traveled and conducted scientific research in 42 countries.  She contributed to a scientific report on depleted uranium for the United Nations sub commission investigating the illegality of depleted uranium munitions.  Marion Fulk, a former Manhattan Project scientist and retired insider at the Livermore Lab, who is an expert on radioactive fallout and rainout, has trained her on radiation issues.

Leuren Moret has conducted research concerning the impact on the health of the environment and global public health from atmospheric testing, nuclear power plants, and depleted uranium.  She has helped collect and measure radiation in 6000 baby teeth from children living around nuclear power plants, and helped The State of Louisiana (USA) pass the first state depleted uranium bill for mandatory testing of soldiers.
Articles she wrote on DU were translated into Indian languages to increase awareness.  Her article "Depleted Uranium: The Trojan Horse of Nuclear War" in the June 2004 WORLD AFFAIRS JOURNAL was translated at the request of the Kremlin for distribution throughout the Russian government.  The LONE STAR ICONOCLAST, hometown newspaper of President Bush, interviewed her for a series of interviews, "What is depleted uranium?", which are now attached to US Congressman McDermott's 2005 depleted uranium bill HR 2410 in the US Congress.  The newspaper did a second issue, March 1, 2006, titled "Have DU Will Travel".  Her City of Berkeley 2003 resolution banning weapons in space was followed by a Space Preservation Treaty Resolution adopted by seven sister cities in British Columbia, Canada, contributing to Prime Minister Paul Martin's decision in February 2005 to abandon his secret agreement with President Bush to allow NMD in Canada.
Her research on divestment of pension funds from US weapons manufacturers was discussed on a Vancouver radio station in April 2005.  The interview helped to make divestment, of $4.6 billion (in 251 US weapons manufacturers) in British Columbia (BC) pension funds, an issue for the May 2005 election platform in BC.   
Leuren Moret is a Livermore nuclear weapons lab whistleblower, an Environmental Commissioner in the City of Berkeley, and testifies as a depleted uranium expert  in the new documentary film BEYOND TREASON.

Hi Leuren,
Came on the site via the Chani project and would like
to ask. Is there possibly an antidote to radiation exposure? I fail to see how a fully contaminated planet with nuclear half lives of millions of years is of any use to anyone including the bankers.(are they not made of flesh and blood?) Is the planet being prepared for a race of beings thriving on radiation? (see Co evolution by Alec Newald and his 9 days on an alien planet).

Hi Leuren, Good luck with dealing with Canadian 'progressives' at rabble.ca. Was glad to read your comment there though, as I too; just a normal person, tried to get information about radiation levels here in BC - first from the provincial government and then from the federal government. They sent me platitudes and links to studies before Fukushima. What is tragic about this situation is that if the government published correct testing results and gave advice on things to avoid they could prevent a lot of illness and death in Canada. Since they don't and never have published results on milk and vegetables and only very few results on even water, the only conclusion to draw is that they are hiding something.

I wish there were groups in BC which banded together to contribute to getting real tests done by private labs. Then we would get the real picture. I for one would kick in if I knew of such a group. [email protected]

Its a phoney progressive green environmental Marxist Zionist site, ha ha and when you look at their list of guest journalists, they are all CIA funded gatekeepers... or they would not be allowed to post on that site. When the fashion of communism/Marxism collapsed, those psychopaths reinvented themselves as environmentalists and greens, but that movement was started and funded by Rockefeller money. So why would you trust any of them to solve this global problem, they want to kill everyone.

We can't get any reliable rad levels here in the US either, so the only way is to measure the rad ourselves, and that has always been true. The govts are all complicit in this genocide, including their own genocides. I think the only thing left to do is for some good US scientists who are honest to get together and do a survey like the courageous Japanese scientists did outside of their jobs:

I ve seeing the vídeos about Fukushima and following all the staff you quoted.
I followed the traces until to reach my Homeland, Lima, Peru, where US build up since 1960s a HAARP facilities for "scientific purposes". In an Interview with the actual Director of the Instituto Geofísico, (Geophysics Institute), in Peru, Mr. Ronald Woodman denies all this apparently "Conspiracy theory" (I d understand why) and states that this whole HAARP facilities are not capable to do such of crimes against Humanity. Im not so naive but would like to know if you know something else about why there is just in Peru such a plant? Thanks and God bless you
