Tribunal Judge Michael Zazzio wrote as follows:
"Jad Khalil wrote me this:
Dear Michael hope you are safe !
I like to let you know that already before our mutual agreement with Peaceinspace.org , we made an understanding with CIFILE.org which they are a group of Canadian Lawyers whom they have good vibes all around the world and have made submissions already for Covid-19! I know them well and have trust.
I suggest that we can make a Coalition of our 3 Organisations for an unified Indictment to be presented in June before ICC .
Please let me know asap. So I can make the arrangements for the future strategy.
Judge Michael:
I responded:
It sound very good, Khalil! I will inform N.C.L.T.P.H.J. about it. From tomorrow I will be travelling for a little more than a week, but will be back home on the 10th of April. After that we can have a meeting. Please talk to CIFILE aout it and ask them to suggest a date and time for a mutual meeting. Our Work group consists of 4 or 5 judges."
