Good Hope, African Tribal Law & International Law
African Tribal Law is not the sole governing law here. The terms of the September 24, 2017 Declaration of Secession by the State of Good Hope from South Africa deal with the rights under International Law of four Nations.
The new Nation State of Good Hope will be governed by the “Khoisan nation [the only indigenous South African people], Afrikaner Nation, Eurokaner Nation, and the Coloured Nation”, according to the September 24, 2017 Declaration of Secession from South Africa.

Declaration for Immediate Secession [September 24, 2017]
When you go to the terms of the Declaration of Secession at;
you will discover that the Secession is based on a series of premises that are based primarily on international, and not African Tribal Law.
Principal among these is that the Government of South Africa and the ANC have failed to provide the social conditions for the general safety and welfare of the Four Nations that are now seceding under GOOD HOPE from South Africa as is their right under international Law.
For a full explanation of these rights under international law, I refer you to the interview by my Yale Law School colleague Prof. Winston Nagan [both of us trained under Prof Myres S. MacDougal in International Law]

Under both international Law and African Tribal Law, the State of Good Hope is not seen as a “land grab” as some put it.
The State of Good Hope is quite the opposite of a “land grab”! The State of Good Hope is the lawful embodiment of how Four Nations -Khoisan, Afrikaner, Eurokaner, and mixed Coloured Peoples -protect themselves under international and African Tribal Law against the lawlessness and tyrannical vagaries of an ANC dominance that now has degenerated into targeted genocide, unlawful expropriation, and depopulation.
