About this time both Eric Jon Phelps and I were scheduled to speak at the same conference. I sent the Conference organizer a copy of the above link, along with my refutation and formally requested the Conference organizer to remove Eric Jon Phelps from the Conference unless he recanted this false defamation. The conference organizer emailed me back that he had confronted Eric Jon Phelps, who said he had no intention of repeating this defamation, and Phelps was permitted to continue to present on his topics, as was I.

Eric John Phelps in 2007 made a false and defamatory statement about me that I was an agent of influence of the Vatican and of the Jesuits, based solely on the fact that my maternal uncle Richard Chisholm, SJ was a Jesuit priest and in fact an assistant of Pedro Arrupe, SJ, the Director General of the Jesuits.
I have steadfastly denounced the Vatican and the Jesuits and their war crimes, genocide, and crimes against humanity, along with the lawful fact that my biological uncle was "the Deputy Black Pope." I have publicly stated that in my mind I specifically chose this incarnation with this familial relation in order to be familiar with the Jesuits and to be able to prosecute them more effectively as a War Crime Judge and Journalist:
