The Ra link between Cayce and Ra-Ta: Edgar Cayce in his own readings described his past life as high priest Ra-Ta in Egypt circa 10,500 B.C., where the pyramids were built by “levitation of stone.” L/L Research, with Carla Rueckert acting as the instrument for channeled readings from the higher-dimensional being Ra, indicated that Ra was connected to a priest in Egypt in 10,500 B.C. who had an affinity with the “Law of One.” Ra directly states that they worked with this priest who, the evidence implies, was Edgar Cayce’s first incarnation Ra-Ta. Carla Rueckert had no knowledge of the Cayce reading regarding this.

"2. Fulfillment of the Cayce prophecy: Cayce predicted that the priest (Ra-Ta) would return in 1998 and “may become a liberator of the world” along with other lightworkers, would live in Virginia Beach, and would be surrounded by his old associates in the new lifetime. Wilcock was urged by his “Dream Voice” to move to Virginia Beach prior to having any indication of his Cayce connection, and prior to being aware of his resemblance to Cayce. After deciding to move, he learned how similar he looked to Cayce. After the move, in 1998, he became aware of people in his personal sphere who resembled associates of Cayce.

"3. Striking physical resemblance: Plato, Percival, and Cayce all indicated that a common soul will take on similar physical appearances from one lifetime to the next. Wilcock’s scientific research into the energy fields of DNA suggests that this is a quite natural process where the energy of the soul “arranges” the DNA molecule.

"4. Astrological congruities: The ties linking Wilcock’s chart to Cayce’s show such a high degree of synchrony that simply trying to calculate the probability of it being a product of random chance is extremely difficult, potentially in the billions-to-one scale once all factors are considered.

"5. Comparable missions: Cayce and Wilcock both dedicated themselves to planetary service without regard for financial gain or personal recognition.

Jesuit head Adolfo Pachon makes startling announcement as he stands trial in absentia for Crimes against Humanity

Rome:

Amidst rumours that Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, may step down from his office because of his public prosecution for child trafficking and murder, one of his fellow defendants has just done so.

Jesuit Superior General Adolfo Nicolas Pachon announced suddenly this week that he will resign from his office at the next General Congress of the Jesuits.

Along with Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, Bergoglio and Pachon are primary defendants in an historic criminal lawsuit being conducted by the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels that commenced on April 7, 2014. Several eyewitnesses who have given their deposition to the Court claim they witnessed Welby, Bergoglio and Pachon participate in child rape and sacrifice rituals connected to the notorious Jesuit-run Ninth Circle cult, during 2009 and 2010.

In a statement generally unreported by the world media, Pachon announced on May 20 that he was stepping down from his office without giving a reason.

The Italian TV news agency Rome Reports called Pachon's resignation “unusual ... for one of the leading prelates in the church”.

Pachon is the third top Vatican official to resign while in office after being prosecuted by the ICLCJ for crimes against humanity. Former Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger, abdicated on February 11, 2013, barely two weeks before the ICLCJ jury found him guilty of complicity in child trafficking and murder. Another primary defendant in the same case, Vatican Secretary of State Tarcisio Bertone, also resigned after the verdict.

“This is yet another huge admission of guilt by some of the most powerful men in the papacy. Obviously they are not untouchable, and their whole corrupt criminal syndicate is coming down. In his interview, Kevin Annett read from a sample transcript of evidence given in the Brussels trial that detailed connections and highly documented reports of child sacrifice, genocide and torture committed during the 1950s in programs that former Nazi German SS officers stationed at Canadian Armed forces bases in Calgary, AB and elsewhere in Canada. The former Nazi German SS officers, who had been supplied with new identities by the Canadian Armed forces as Canadian officers, were connected to the Knights of Darkness, an organization that Pope Ratzinger was a member of.  Both the Government of Canada and Pope Ratzinger were defendants and found guilty of child genocide in trials before the International Common Law Court of Justice. 

London, UK & Rome: Enforcement Action June 29 – July 2, 2014

Kevin Annett reiterated that during June 29 – July 2, 2014 a Common Law Court Enforcement Action will take place in London UK and Rome Italy.

Kevin Annett will be leading an ITCCS enforcement delegation accompanied by Common Law Sheriffs and supporters to the UK and to Rome, Italy to enforce Court arrest warrants against Elizabeth Windsor and against Pope Joseph Ratzinger and others already convicted by the Common Law Court of Justice for child genocide and other crimes against humanity. CAVEAT

According to Keith Scott, the OITC's "Chief of Cabinet" and "Special Envoy and Executor for His Excellency Ray Cchat Dam", the OITC is run by the UN "under a concept of plausible deniability."^{[citation needed]}

These claims have been denied by the United Nations. The UN has stated emphatically that "there is no such thing as a 'UN Charter Control Number,' quoted by the organisation to prove its validity."^[1] The UN's representative in Fiji was unable to "verify its existence and its security rating"^[2] and the UN's representative in Colombia has stated that all UN agencies are listed on the UN's official website and that they know of no secret agencies.^{[7][unreliable source?]}

Scott claims that the OITC was set up following a paper that he presented to the US Federal Reserve in 1998 requesting that Dr. Ray Chhat Dam of Thailand be appointed as "the sole arbiter of the centralized wealth of the world, which was controlled under the Federal Reserve under the Bank of International Settlements". OITC funds are said to be "held in an organization called the Institutional Parent Administration Account." ^[8]

Scott has also stated that the OITC's funds are "held in the Institutional Parent Administration Account of the Federal Reserve System." However, the US government has stated that "within the Federal Reserve there exists no organization or department with the initials OITC, nor anything similar to this." ^{[7][unreliable source?]} The Bank for International Settlements – an international organization representing central banks – has also denied any knowledge of the OITC.^[9]

The physical location of the OITC is also unclear. According to a document produced by the OITC in March 2006, it has offices in Malaysia, the Netherlands, the United States, Australia and Ecuador.^[10] Elsewhere it has been claimed that the OITC has head offices in Singapore and Cambodia.^[11] However, the UK Daily Telegraph noted in 2005 that "the Bangkok number on their letterhead doesn't exist" and in April 2006 the Fiji Islands Trade and Investment Bureau found that the OITC "neither has any fixed address or office, nor are there any reliable contact addresses." Correspondence said to be from OITC officers lists Freeserve e-mail addresses as contacts. The organization's website, which purports to be authorized by various official organizations, is http://www.unoitc.org.

Speaking at a press conference in Fiji, self-described OITC representative Masi Kaumaitotoya told the local media: "Don't you ever, ever, ever again report negatively on OITC or we'll sue you for defamation."^[6] Individuals claiming to represent the OITC have also accused online critics of "serious defamation in the plural" [sic].^[12]

Cooper produced and published Behold a Pale Horse in 1991.^[5] The book has been influential among "UFO and militia circles".^[8] Just prior to the trial of Terry Nichols in 1997, The Guardian described it as "the manifesto of the militia movement".^[9]

According to sociologist Paul Gilroy, Cooper claimed "an elaborate conspiracy theory that encompasses the Kennedy assassination, the doings of the secret world government, the coming ice age, and a variety of other covert activities associated with the Illuminati's declaration of war upon the people of America".^[5] Political scientist Michael Barkun characterized it as "among the most complex superconspiracy theories", and also among the most influential due to its popularity in militia circles as well as mainstream bookstores.^[6] Historian Nicholas Goodrick-Clarke described the book as a "chaotic farrago of conspiracy myths interspersed with reprints of executive laws, official papers, reports and other extraneous materials designed to show the looming prospect of a world government imposed on the American people against their wishes and in flagrant contempt of the Constitution."^[10]

HIV/AIDS

In Behold a Pale Horse Cooper proposed that AIDS was the result of a conspiracy to decrease the populations of blacks, Hispanics, and homosexuals.^[7] In 2000 South Africa's Minister of Health Manto Tshabalala-Msimang received criticism for distributing the chapter discussing this theory to senior South African government officials.^[11] Nicoli Nattrass, a longtime critic of AIDS denialists, criticized Tshabalala-Msimang for lending legitimacy to Cooper's theories and disseminating them in Africa.^[8]

UFOs, aliens and the Illuminati

Cooper caused a sensation in UFOlogy circles in 1988 when he claimed to have seen secret documents while in the Navy describing governmental dealings with extraterrestrial aliens, a topic he expanded on in Behold a Pale Horse.^[6] (By one account he served as a "low level clerk" in the Navy, and as such would not have had the security clearance needed to access classified documents.^[12]) UFOlogists later asserted that some of the material that Cooper claimed to have seen in naval intelligence documents was actually plagiarized verbatim from their research—including several items that the UFOlogists had fabricated as pranks.^[13] Don Ecker of UFO Magazine ran a series of exposés on Cooper in 1990.^[14]

Cooper linked the Illuminati with his beliefs that extraterrestrials were secretly involved with the US government, but later retracted these claims. He accused Dwight D. Eisenhower of negotiating a treaty with extraterrestrials in 1954, then establishing an inner circle of Illuminati to manage relations with them and keep their presence a secret from the general public. Cooper believed that aliens "manipulated and/or ruled the human race through various secret societies, religions, magic, witchcraft, and the occult", and that even the Illuminati were unknowingly being manipulated by them.^[6]

Cooper described the Illuminati as a secret international organization, controlled by the Bilderberg Group, that conspired with the Knights of Columbus, Masons, Skull and Bones, and other organizations. Its ultimate goal, he said, was the establishment of a New World Order. According to Cooper the Illuminati conspirators not only invented alien threats for their own gain, but actively conspired with extraterrestrials to take over the world.^[6] Cooper believed that James Forrestal's fatal fall from a window on the sixteenth floor of Bethesda Hospital was connected to the alleged secret committee Majestic-12, and that JASON advisory group scientists reported to an elite group of Trilateral Commission and Council on Foreign Relations executive committee members who were high-ranking members of the Illuminati.^[2][3]

Cooper also claimed that the Protocols of Zion was actually an Illuminati work, and instructed readers to substitute "Sion" for "Zion", "Illuminati" for "Jews", and "cattle" for "Goyim".^[3][15][16]

Kennedy assassination

In Behold a Pale Horse, Cooper asserted that John F. Kennedy was assassinated because he was about to reveal that extraterrestrials were in the process of taking over the Earth. According to a "top secret" video of the assassination that Cooper claimed to have discovered, the driver of Kennedy's limousine, William Greer, used “a gas pressure device developed by aliens from the Trilateral Commission” to shoot the president from the driver's seat.^[12] The Zapruder film shows Greer twice turning to look into the back seat of the car; Cooper theorized that Greer first turned to assess Kennedy's status after the external attack, and then to fire the fatal shot. Conspiracy theories implicating Greer reportedly "snowballed" after publication of Behold a Pale Horse.^[17] Cooper's video purporting to prove his theory was analyzed by several television stations, according to one source, and was found to be "... a poor-quality fake using chunks of the ... Zapruder film."^[12]
