"My report of that evening stated that the first of the two (2) remaining undersea bases would be located in the Indian Ocean/Bay of Bengal area with the finding of an extensive, massive undersea base located & beginning on the top portion of “pencil” shaped, north/south oriented undersea land ridge, a very unnatural-looking undersea land ridge.

"The beginning of this base is marked by the white “box” with the cross hairs in the middle. It runs the full length of the ‘pencil’ – north to south."

To all people here, I have a question, is it possible for a mentally stable human to be kind of possessed by some entity reptilian or some thing to give energy? The earthquake depth was at 18 miles under the ocean floor not under the water itself. The Bay of Bengal is prob a few thousand feet itself therefore after you reach the ocean floor then you go down to 18 miles into the earth's crust!

From an exopolitical point of view this is possibly really happening. When all mind control devices and mind control controllers are gone 2012-2013 time table seems to be a bright future for the human race. All I can say regarding Tolec is that he comes across as a very unaffected, genuine, grounded and honest person who pays attention to detail and never pretends to have information about things when he doesn't. He's clearly not doing this for money or fame, since we don't even know who he is, he's not selling anything.

None of that guarantees that what he's saying is true, but every fibre of my intuitive sense is telling me the guy is for real, and that he's reporting something that has a basis in reality. There's already been objective evidence to back up his statements, and we'll see soon enough about the rest. I see absolutely no basis to call him a "false flag operator". It's easy to throw these kinds of derogatory labels around, but they are nonsensical in the absence of any evidence to support them.

I think that there is a very important point you ( and others ) never mention, and it is very important to the "global health" of human beings: That is the question of the beings of the low astral plane ( archons...etc )who do not stop to attack us, and the number and intensity of these attacks seem to have increased in the last 12 months.

Let's see the deepest ocean is (like Erik said) but wasn't this an undersea base? So doesn't that mean deeper than the sea floor? I'll admit that got my attention also, so let's think about this, isn't that possible that a undersea base, could be 18.58 miles deep, and deeper than the sea floor?

He must have heard something wrong in regards to the depth.The deepest in the area is 5 miles.

There is no place in the ocean where the depth reaches 18 miles I don't think.
If I recollect the deepest is the Japan or Marianas Trench at roughly 7 miles. Or maybeI'm thinking of the Philippines Trench.
