Jimmy Carter & Dennis Kucinich: The "Extraterrestrial Candidates"?
VANCOUVER, B.C. - If Shirley MacLaine's claim is
verified, Dennis Kucinich becomes another U.S. Presidential candidate
in history to have a reported Close Encounter in their past.
Kucinich's immediate predecessor in Close Encounters of the FIrst Kind
was former President Jimmy Carter. Shirley MacLaine states in a
forthcoming book that Dennis Kucinich "had a close
sighting over my home in Graham, Washington, when I lived there. Dennis
found his encounter extremely moving. The smell of roses drew him out
to my balcony where, when he looked up, he saw a gigantic triangular
craft, silent, and observing him. It hovered, soundless, for ten
minutes or so, and sped away with a speed he couldn't comprehend. He
said he felt a connection in his heart and heard directions in his

Jimmy Carter & Close Encounters of the First Kind
The
best evidence seems to indicate that Jimmy Carter had a Close Encounter
of the First Kind in 1969 while serving as district governor of the
Georgia Lion's Club, in the company of 10 - 12 members of the Leary,
Georgia Lion's Club. Although as Governor of Georgia, Carter in 1973
signed a UFO report which dated the sighting as October 1969, the
Lion's Club records indicate the date may have been January 6, 1969.
In a 2005 Gentlemen's Quarterly interview, Carter stated: "all of a sudden, one of the men looked up and said, 'Look, over in
the west!' And there was a bright light in the sky. We all saw it. And
then the light, it got closer and closer to us. And then it stopped, I
don't know how far away, but it stopped beyond the pine trees. And all
of a sudden it changed color to blue, and then it changed to red, then
back to white. And we were trying to figure out what in the world it
could be, and then it receded into the distance."
Carter's
Close Encounter of the First Kind became part of the calculus of
Carter's 1976 U.S. Presidential race against Gerald R. Ford, whom
Carter soundly defeated. Carter's widely reported 1976 campaign quote
promised an opening in the official U.S. truth embargo on the
Extraterrestrial presence: "One thing's for sure, I'll never make fun
of people who say they've
seen unidentified objects in the sky. If I become President, I'll make
every piece of information this country has about UFO sightings
available to the public and the scientists."
Jimmy Carter & Dennis Kucinich: The "Extraterrestrial Candidates"
Think about the implications of the following. There is one
striking parallel between Jimmy Carter and Dennis Kucinich. If the
accounts of their Close Encounters of the First Kind are genuine and
not of human origin, then it is logical if not highly probable that
both of these men may have been intentionally chosen as Close Encounter
Contactees by the intelligence behind the Close Encounters because each
would be future U.S. Presidential candidates. Certainly the impact of
the respective Close Encounters on each is described as profound, if
not personally transformational. In this sense, one could call both
Carter and Kucinich the "Extraterrestrial candidates," that is
candidates apparently intentionally chosen or "endorsed" by a higher
intelligence behind the Close Encounters that each of these candidates
experienced.
Caveat Lector: Of course, if one or both of the Close Encounters
were with an ARV - Alien Reproduction Vehicle - then we could call that
candidate the ultimate Illuminati candidate. One skeptical observor writes, "Silent triangular craft? Doesn't black ops have a few of them kickin around? It would probably be observing him allright.... Hmmmmm........and we know all about hearing things in your mind---that tech is as old as the hills....." Kucinich may well be targeted by Black Ops psychological warfare, and the experience reported by Shirley MacLaine may be an ARV Disinformational encounter. However, the Kucinich experiences may fit the profile of a genuine
non-human Close Encounter of the First Kind, as the Carter experiences apparently do. The one factor that does stand out is that Kucinich reports some degree of personal transformation - "He
said he felt a connection in his heart and heard directions in his
mind." The skeptical observor states that voice to skull PsyOps technology can account for these experiences.
Let's follow through on viewing both Carter and Kucinich as
specially "endorsed" political candidates, by some non-human
intelligence behind each of the Close Encounters. We know that Jimmy
Carter went on to win the Presidency. Carter was thwarted in many of
his promises by two factors: the appointment of a Trilateralist Cabinet
engineered by the forces of David Rockefeller, one of Carter's
principal power backers, and the Iran Hostage October Surprise
engineered by George HW Bush.
We do not know if 1976 Presidential Election exit polls would have tracked the Extraterrestrial
Disclosure issue and determined if in fact Carter's early Exopolitics
platform played a role in his electoral victory. Several attempts to

Dennis Kucinich, Extraterrestrials & Impeachment - A Tale of Dick Cheney & George W. Bush
Let's engage, then, in some blatant exo-political punditry and
speculation. After all, with the fate of the world in the balance,
what do any of us have to lose? Especially now that Extraterrestrial
Intelligence appears to have put the goods on the table - in the March
10, 2007 Cleveland Close Encounter, and, now we find out, in the
Shirley MacLaine-reported Graham, Washington, Close Encounter
"endorsement" of U.S. Presidential Candidate Dennis Kucinich.
Here is Kucinich talking about impeachment, as reported on October 23, 2007, Commondreams.org:
"The presidential hopeful [Dennis Kucinich] was energized by a straw poll taken Sunday
in San Mateo County, where he came in second after John Edwards as the
favored Democratic candidate.
''That shows that I am electable,' he said. 'That was very powerful,
a sign of rising support because of the stand I take for peace -
including standing up against war with Iran.'
"He seized the moment to come out with perhaps his strongest stance to date toward impeaching President George W. Bush.
"'I'm going to talk to members of Congress this week and tell them taking impeachment off the table is a big mistake,' he said.
"Kucinich was moved to take action, he said, in part because of
Bush's recent suggestion to reporters that a world war with Iran might
be imminent, leading Kucinich to wonder 'whether he's playing with
Armageddon or he's not well.'
"'The world can't countenance the president of the United States
raising the specter of World War III," he said. "A president must be
temperate with his words.'

Another
observer, the 2003/4, director of Dennis Kucinich's campaign for President in Santa Fe, NM, who questioned Kucinich at an October 2007 Presidential Forum
in New Mexico, writes of Kucinich's commitment to a new investigation
of the events of 9/11:
"I have never seen the Congressman so morally energized and
talented than he was at the standing room only Albuquerque town hall
forum. But the real news coming from this event is that Congressman
Kucinich, in public comments to me in my job as a newspaper editor,
revealed that he supports both an investigation of the nuclear armed
B-52 that flew from Minot to Barksdale as well as a full new 911
investigation.
In
2004, Kucinich was wary of 9/11 inside job questions from his New
Mexico campaign, saying he had no evidence to support such a thesis and
acting worried that comments he made might be used against him later.
Now, although he didn't describe the nature of his concern, he has made
it clear that a full investigation of the events is necessary. Reports
from activists during the past months have suggested that he was in
favor of a "limited" new 911 investigation. I asked him point blank:
"limited or full investigation." His answer: "full investigation." The
body language was very clear that we need to get to the bottom of it.
Prayers for Dennis are in order, and a contingent of Marine security

Kucinich's
Resolution 333 would call for the impeachment of Vice President Richard
B. Cheney. By excercizing High Constitutional Privilege, Kucinich (or
any US Representative) can bring a resolution for Impeachment to the
floor of the House of Representatives for a vote. Rep. Robert F.
Drinan, a Jesuit in politics, invoked High Constitutional Privilege in
March 1973 to force a floor vote on his early resolution to impeach
President Richard M Nixon. By October 1973, there were over 80 such
impeachment resolutions.
Kucinich could likewise play a "key" role in ensuring "world
peace," to cue into the key words of the March 2007 Cleveland Close
Encounter at the Key Tower Peace Rally. As he has now indicated both
publicly and privately within his campaign structure that he intends to
do, Kucinich could force a bottom-line vote on a resolution to impeach
Dick Cheney and/or George Bush or both, under High Constitutional
Privilege.
Pundit and activist Ralph Nader recently revealed in
Washington DC that one of the reasons mainstream Democrats are giving
for their reluctance to impeach Cheney or Bush is their fear that such
a move would trigger the Bush Administration to attack Iran in a "Wag
the Dog" move to divert political heat from themselves.
My reading of Extraterrestrial Intelligence's Close Encounter
"Endorsement" of Dennis Kucinich is that they may be looking to
Kucinich for a constitutional restoration in the USA. Kucinich's using
High Constitutional Privilege to force a floor vote on an impeachment
resolution of Cheney and/or Bush would bottom line the Republican and
Democratic members of Congress before the court of public opinion - as
their votes would be publicly reported.
Political observers such as Webster Tarpley (who does not
share the Extraterrestrial hypothesis) have urged Impeachment as a
measure to stop World War III, in fact. One collective affirmation to
this effect states, " We call on the House of Representatives to
proceed immediately
to the
impeachment of Cheney, as an urgent measure for avoiding a wider
and more catastrophic war. Once
impeachment
has begun, it will be
easier for loyal and patriotic military officers to refuse illegal
orders coming from the Cheney faction. We solemnly warn the people of
the world that any terrorist attack with weapons of mass destruction
taking place inside the United States or elsewhere in the immediate
future must be considered the prima facie responsibility of the Cheney
faction. We urge responsible political leaders everywhere to begin at
once to inoculate the public opinion of their countries against such a

In 1976, Jimmy Carter won the 1976 Presidential Nomination &
Campaign, one can posit, because he seems to have gotten the
endorsement both of Permanent War Economy (Rothschild-Rockefeller 1976
Endorsement equals the Bilderbergers, the Trilateralists, the Committee
on Foreign Relations, TIme Magazine, Coca Cola, etc,). Carter also
appears to have received a significant Extraterrestrial endorsement
toward the Presidency in the Leary, Ga. Lion's Club Close Encounter of

To be sure, Kucinich does not have the endorsement
of the permanent war economy or establishment In 2008. The Democratic
Party, led buy the Clinton faction, have frozen him out of televised
debates, even though he has come in second in preferential straw
polling. By this measure, it seems to be a given that the Electoral
Machinery of American Democracy (Diebold voting machines, the Operation
Mocking Bird/CIA mainstream USA media) are poised for a Coronation of
Clinton II (Dynastic Sequence: Bush I - Clinton I - Bush II - Clinton
II). Forty percent of living Americans have only known a Bush or a
Clinton as their President.
If Dennis Kucinich is not the Rothschild-Rockefeller candidate, can he become the People's candidate in any meaningful way?
The only U.S. Presidential candidate so far who
appears to have the credentials of an actual Extraterrestrial Close
Encounter "Endorsement" is Dennis Kucinich. One can say that Kucinich,
then, is the authentic ET candidate, so far, by this measure. If
Kucinich chooses to act upon his responsibilities and exercise High
Constitutional Privilege to impeach Cheney and/or Bush, one can see how
the ETs may have wanted to "Endorse" Kucinich in their Graham,
Washington Close Encounter. Dennis Kucinich would be in a position to
bring the USA back to constitutional restoration after the Reign of the
Lawless One - Yale Skull & Boneser George W. Bush. Skull &
Bones, whose secret name is the Brotherhood of Death, has has a
motivating role in the secret war against the ethical Extraterrestrial
Presence since the mid-1940s.
One can only hope that Dennis Kucinich - or some other
courageous U.S. Congressperson - chooses to exercise HIgh
Constitutional Privilege. Six of the U.S. Representatives who are
co-sponsors of Resolution 333 to impeach Cheney sit on the House
Judiciary Committee.
So there you have it, the 2008 U.S. Presidential race made
transparent for all to see - The Emperor (GW Bush) and The Empress
(Hillary Clinton) truly have no clothes - and lack the Extraterrestrial
Close Encounter "Endorsement." Only one candidate so far has the
priceless Extraterrestrial Close Encounter "Endorsement" - U.S.
Representative Dennis Kucinich. Only we the People can make Dennis the People's candidate.
Can
ET-skeptics, ET-sensitives (85% of the adult population, by the 2002
Roper poll), and Extraterrestrials all band together to make the world
a better place by giving Cheney & Bush the boot?
Well, it appears that is what must happen if we are to Impeach Cheney & Bush from the helm, and avoid World War III in the balance.

Democratic presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich has claimed to
have seen a UFO, according to Shirley MacLaine in her new book,
"Sage-Ing While Age-Ing."
Kucinich "had a close sighting over my home in Graham, Washington,
when I lived there," the actress, a close Kucinich friend, wrote.
"Dennis found his encounter extremely moving. The smell of roses drew
him out to my balcony where, when he looked up, he saw a gigantic
triangular craft, silent, and observing him.
"It hovered, soundless, for 10 minutes or so, and sped away with a
speed he couldn't comprehend. He said he felt a connection in his heart
and heard directions in his mind."
Kucinich's campaign and congressional representatives did not return
calls and e-mail asking whether the Cleveland Democrat, now in his
sixth congressional term, in fact saw a UFO or if there was some other
explanation for MacLaine's recollection.
MacLaine is a well-known believer of UFOs and reincarnation. And she
has been close to Kucinich for decades. MacLaine is the godmother of
Kucinich's daughter and attended Kucinich's 2005 Cleveland wedding to
third wife, Elizabeth, who's often campaigning by his side.
MacLaine also recommended in the 1980s that Kucinich visit New
Mexico spiritual adviser Chris Griscom, whom MacLaine featured in her
then-best-selling book, "Dancing in the Light," describing how Griscom
helped her communicate with trees. Kucinich has insisted that Griscom
was not his spiritual adviser but a "teacher and a very good friend."
MacLaine, who shares Kucinich's opposition to using weapons in
space, doesn't shed any more light in her book on Kucinich's close
encounter, including when it happened. Her book goes on sale next month.
