California's Vote On Mandating Vaccines For Public Health Is A Farce: State Is Being Covertly Sprayed With Cancer-Causing Vaccines

 

Most people are not aware of aerial vaccines.  But they exist. 

 

Bush, in fact, added

"Amendments to the Chemical and Biological Warfare Act of 1949 in December 2007, [which] state that under terrorist and riot control measures mass aerial immunizations may occur.  Many of the new biological pesticides are made from various bionanotechnology materials that utilize the same technologies used in nasal vaccine technology."

Spraying vaccines on California

There have been no terrorist issues and no riots that Bush's amendments referred to, but in California the government has been covertly spraying the public with "vaccines" since at least 2009.  This plan may have been designed by Bush and legal alterations put into place under Bush but the implementation is Obama's doing.

"In February 2009 to present date, aerial spraying for the WNV [West Nile Virus] occurred in major cities within the State of California. ....

 

"The test results which included protein band testing utilizing Protein Coupled Response (PCR) methods were positive for KD-45. KD-45 is the protein band for SV-40 Simian Green Monkey virus. ....

"Additional tests were performed for Epstein-Barr virus capside and Cytomeglia virus which are used in bioengineering for gene delivery systems through viral protein envelope and adenoviral protein envelope technology.

"The individual was positive for both; indicating a highly probable exposure to a DNA vaccination delivery system through nasal inhalation."  [Emphasis added.]

The illegality of the covert government spraying is multiplied by the inclusion of SV40.

 

SV40 is a known cancer-causing virus and threat to human health and is banned in vaccines.  From the SV40 Foundation http://sv40foundation.org/

"In 1961, SV40 was discovered by Dr. Bernice Eddy of the National Institute of Health, Division of Biologics when she took the material used to grow polio vaccines and injected it into hamsters. Tumors grew in the hamsters. Her discovery was subsequently validated by Drs. Maurice Hilliman and Benjamin Sweet of Merck.

 

"[A] federal law was passed in 1961 that required that no vaccines contain this virus. However, this law did not require that SV40 contaminated vaccines be thrown away or that the contaminated seed material (used to make all polio vaccines for the next four decades) be discarded. As a result, known SV40 contaminated vaccines were injected into children up until 1963. In addition, it has been alleged that there have been SV40-contaminated batches of oral polio vaccine administered to some children until the end of the 1990's." 

 

 

California is part of a legislative farce and being subjected to multiple vaccines crimes

California, which is allegedly voting (the legislative process is being aggressively rigged by Pharma) for or against mandated vaccines as a "public health" measure, is actually already being subjected without the knowledge or consent of the public to a government forced administration of vaccines with no vote whatsoever.   Vaccines

And the vaccines being sprayed on the public are not protecting public health, but destroying it with a cancer-causing virus banned from vaccines years ago by the government itself.

SV40 is back

 

Virtually all the vaccines (23 of them) being used in the US now are recombinant DNA or GMO vaccines.  These vaccines inject patented genetically engineered material into a person which the makers (the vaccine industry) intend will achieve"DNA uptake." That is, the intent is for the person's DNA to take up this genetically altered material and be altered by it.  In plainer terms, these vaccines are meant to genetically engineer people's DNA, the person's code of life, with GMOs.  The recombinant DNA (GMO) vaccines are meant to genetically engineer people. 

 

The method for trying to accomplish this depends on viruses as "promoters."

Though US law banned SV40 in vaccines in 1961, these new vaccines contain it or other cancer-causing viruses.  From Wikipedia on DNA Vaccination:

The SV40 promoter was conventionally used until research showed that vectors driven by the Rous Sarcoma Virus (RSV) promoter had much higher expression rates.^[1] More recently, expression rates have been further increased by the use of the cytomegalovirus (CMV) immediate early promoter. Inclusion of the Mason-Pfizer monkey virus (MPV)-CTE with/without rev increased envelope expression. Furthermore the CTE+rev construct was significantly more immunogenic than CTE-alone vector. ^[13] Additional modifications to improve expression rates have included the insertion of enhancer sequences, synthetic introns, adenovirus tripartite leader (TPL) sequences and modifications to the polyadenylation and transcriptional termination sequences.^[1] An example of DNA vaccine plasmid is pVAC, it uses SV40 promoter."

 

The debate over mandated vaccines in California is a farce. 

 

This is so for two reasons.

The state is being sprayed by the US government in a covert form of mandating.  Though never voted on by the California legislature, mandated vaccines already exist for Californians - man, woman, child, animal, any living creature that would be affected by aerial spraying.

And the urgent concern for the public's health which is the alleged basis for pushing through mandated vaccines?  It is is a gigantic mockery of California since the DNA (GMO) vaccines that would be mandated, ALL include cancer-causing viruses, and one of the leading ones has been illegal in vaccines since 1961.  The polio vaccine given to 98 million people starting in the 1950s, included SV40 and caused an epidemic of soft tissue (including brain) cancers in the US.

The government and industry vaccine crimes are setting up millions in California for cancers and death, while the legislature, controlled by vaccine industry lobbyists are demanding exemptions from vaccines be removed in order to "protect public health."

California has become a vaccine joke.

Do you have tests you've run to prove any of these claims? It's not that i don't beleive they are capable of what you speak but some sources or proof would be great!
