City councils are elected politicians, items like EbolaGate (1) raise reasonable doubt about the official cdc ebolagate plans and (2) when coupled with a show of grassroots force make elected city officials act
Here is a series of suggestions from a friend who likes our CITY COUNCILS idea. Can you take this up and start cintacting people mentioned here and organizing them?

The Canary Party might be able to organize groups to go to city councils to speak out against the ebola (or any mandatory) vaccines. The people to reach there are
The National Vaccine Information Center is another.
Washington DC Attorney Jim Turner is aware of both and was the keynote speaker for the beginning of the Canary Party. Perhaps he might help with something as specific as your idea about going to city councils. He is also head of Citizens for Health and perhaps they might help as well. If there were packets of legal material to bring, it would be useful. Perhaps Jim Turner could help with that and recommend who might be able to, or additional groups.
And if it became a known national effort, it would likely grow.

This group might be very helpful because they put out good videos and are publicly confrontational. http://wearechange.org/
And Ole Dammegard could help make this go international, with people everywhere going to city councils with information that this is a bioweapon attack and legal papers. A history of the crimes of the companies involved and the deaths they have caused would be good, too.
You could put out a call for graphic designers to help both get word out that ebola is a bioweapon and no one should be taking any vaccine related to it, but also graphics informing people about going en masse to city councils with the information and demand to stop this. They could also put out the criminal and even Nazi history of the companies involved and with quotes from Ted Turner about wanting to get rid of 90% of the world population.
Oh, you could request that people use youtube to flood the internet with short videos of people objecting. That all also counters the mass media idea that people are panicked and waiting for vaccines. They could film people going to city council meetings, too.)
Part of the objections could be about the government being silent about ebola being treatable, with Vitamin C and even with a known HIV drug 93% recovery) Each might give a fact about what ebola is and about the companies and about vaccines not working, etc. I think the main idea would be huge numbers of videos of regular people speaking out.

Anyway, some random thoughts. I think it has to be someone of your stature to contact these groups in order for them to really get serious about organizing to do this. You had a really good idea and with a single focus, it becomes very strong.
