Russia could have sent huge CHEAP supplies of vitamin C, educated the world that it now has a universal cure, and helped people escape from a trillion dollar deadly industry. Thei Russian vaccine offer increases the suspicion that they have ties to the Cabal.
Russia is encouraging people to rush into the arms of the very industry that creates bioweapons and is putting them into vaccines. Notice that Russia is NOT exposing ebola is a bioweapon though they know it is. Right there we can see something is very, very wrong with their "offer."
The Russian offer, by rushing a "solution" to Africa, keeps up the farcical ebola drama and supports the drama in the US. So why shouldn't the US also be "heroic" and rush (i.e. as in "inadequately test") their own vaccines? And then, since it's such an emergency, the US will be more able to carry out their FLU to COUP script and mandate vaccines for everyone in the US though the vaccines are directly accused now of being the cause of ebola?
