VANCOUVER, B.C. – The International Tribunal for Crimes of Church and State (www.itccs.org) will indict Vancouver, B.C. billionaire and Bilderberger Jim Pattison, Freya Zaltz, a B.C. Attorney General lawyer infiltrating public radio stations in Canada, named RCMP officers aiding and abetting Aboriginal genocide, and CFRO-FM staff and Board Members, including program director Leela Chinniah for aiding and abetting the coverup of genocide of First Nations children in Canada by Elizabeth Windsor, Head of State of Canada, and by Vatican.  The ITCCS Tribunal indictments specifying these crimes are expected to be issued in London, U.K. in October 2011.

In an exclusive interview with Alfred Lambremont Webre, JD, Med, Rev. Kevin Annett, Secretary of the ITCCS Tribunal, revealed a chain of forensic evidence establishing a criminal conspiracy by the above-named individuals, all with the intent of aiding and abetting the coverup of genocide of First Nations ("Native American") children in Canada by Elizabeth Windsor, Head of State of Canada, and by Vatican.

The mandate of the ITCCS Tribunal, which is headquartered in London, U.K., is “to bring to trial those persons and institutions responsible for the exploitation, torture and murder of children, past and present, and to stop these and other criminal actions by church and state.”

Assassination of key witness to murder of First Nations children personally committed by Elizabeth Windsor

In his interview Rev. Annett discusses the evidence the ITCCS Tribunal will be reviewing that Elizabeth Windsor and her consort Prince Philip did in October 1964 participate in the abduction and probable murder of 10 young First Nations children, taken by the Royal Couple using the power of Royal Leave from an Aboriginal residential boarding school in Kamloops, B.C. 

These 10 children have never been seen since the abduction by the Royal couple during Elizabeth Windsor’s then state visit to Canada as its head of state.

Key witness William Coombes assassinated

William Coombes, a Canadian Aboriginal, was to have served as a sworn witness International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) session as to crimes of torture, genocide and crimes against humanity personally committed by Elizabeth of Windsor (Queen Elizabeth II) and her consort Prince Philip in Canada in October 1964 at Kamloops, British Columbia.

In his interview, Rev. Kevin Annett sets out the prima facie evidence for Queen Elizabeth's and Prince Philip's personal involvement in the disappearance and presumed murder of these 10 Aboriginal children abducted by them from a residential school in Kamloops, BC in the period Oct. 5 - 13, 1964 and never seen again in their lives. 

According to Rev. Annett’s recitation of the forensic evidence, it appears that William Coombes was assassinated on February 26, 2011 in St. Paul’s Hospital, Vancouver, BC, by a criminal conspiracy acting on behalf of Elizabeth Windsor and the Vatican to prevent William Coombe's testimony at the October 2011 Session of the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State.

On August 9, 2011 Rev. Kevin Annett was detained at Heathrow Airport as he arrived in the U.K. to deliver lectures on the work of the ITCCS Tribunal, and was unlawfully expelled from the U.K. as part of the continuing coverup of child genocide by Elizabeth Windsor, Head of State of the United Kingdom.

Interview exposes coverup at public radio stations in Canada

In his exclusive interview, Rev. Annett:

(1) Exposes the underlying intent of a documented effort to get rid of public affairs programming at public radio stations, including his CFRO-FM program Hidden from History at which murdered eyewitness William Coombes was a frequent guest and flag ship public affairs programs like the Monday Brownbagger and Wakeup with Coop and the purging of long time and all progressive talk show hosts;

(2) Exposes the secret actions of Vancouver, B.C. billionaire and Bilderberger Jim Pattison to take over CFRO-FM, a listener sponsored Vancouver public radio station, and enforce the coverup of Aboriginal child genocide by Elizabeth Windsor.  Elizabeth Windsor and other monarchs, the City of London Rothschilds, and the Wall Street-based Rockefellers were the prime movers behind and founded the Bilderberger group in 1954 to serve the interests of the British monarchy;

(3) Exposes to expose infiltration of a staff attorney in the BC Attorney General's office into public affairs programming and the Board of Directors of CFRO-FM (Vancouver, B.C.) in order to implement the coverup of child genocide by Elizabeth Windsor and her consort Prince Philip and implement the purge of public affairs programming and of progressive radio talk show hosts.  Criminal co-conspiractor Freya Zaltz of the B.C. Attorney General's office was appointed to the Vancouver Co-op Radio board at its 2010 Annual General Meeting after debate on her appointment was prohibited;

(4) Exposes the unlawful shutdown of CKLN-FM (Toronto) through the same attorney in the B.C Attorney General’s office, who also gave false testimony at a Canadian Federal (Commission for Radio-television and Telecommunications (CRTC) hearing that led to the shut-down of CKLN-FM (Toronto), a public station in Toronto, Ontario and its public affairs programming.  Rev. Annett makes the link between CFRO-FM and CKLN-FM to show that there is a larger pattern of shutting down public radio talk shows and stations in Canada;

(5) Exposes to expose the criminal conspiracy and manipulation by Vancouver billionaire and Bilderberger Jim Pattison and by CRFO-FM staff that led the abrogation of CFRO-FM’s members rights and to a right-wing board of directors being installed, and exposes the role of CFRO-FM program director Leela Chinniah in coordinating operational components of the criminal conspiracy to cover up Aboriginal child genocide by Elizabeth Windsor, Head of State of Canada.

International Media Advisory: Dick Cheney to Speak at Notorious Child Trafficking Center in Vancouver on September 26

The ITCCS supports the protest being called against Cheney’s appearance for 5:30 pm that day at the Vancouver Club at 915 West Hastings street, and wishes to inform concerned citizens and the press of these facts:

1. Since the spring of 1994, lawyers and journalists have named the Vancouver Club as a site where children are routinely trafficked, exploited sexually and possibly killed.

These crimes were documented, including with photographic proof, by Vancouver trial lawyer Jack Cram and his assistant Renate Andres-Auger, during 1994.

Both of these lawyers attempted to bring a lawsuit against two Supreme Court judges in Vancouver for their proven complicity in this alleged pedophile ring, in April of 1994. Both of them were disbarred, and Jack Cram was arrested, drugged and jailed, and the evidence he had on the Club and these judges was stolen.

2. Aboriginal children have been a prime target of the Vancouver Club pedophile ring, which involves senior judges, church lawyers, businessmen and politicians.

To quote Jack Cram’s statement in the BC Supreme Court on April 26, 1994, “Indian children go into the Vancouver Club and are never seen again.”

As recently as the summer of 2009, aboriginal children have been observed being taken against their will into the rear entrance of the Vancouver Club at 915 West Hastings street from the Squamish Indian reserve in North Vancouver, during the hours of 1 and 3 am.

3. An attempt by reporters with the Vancouver Province and the North Shore News to investigate these claims and the Cram evidence was stopped by a threatened lawsuit against these newspapers from the two Supreme Court judges named by Cram, during 1996 and 1997.

4. One of the predecessors to our ITCCS, the U.N.-affiliated IHRAAM Tribunal into Indian Residential Schools, obtained considerable evidence during its June, 1998 hearings in Vancouver concerning the Vancouver Club pedophile ring.

This included eyewitness accounts from an employee at the Club and from a retired RCMP officer, who was discouraged by his superiors from investigating the Club, where the RCMP Superintendent is a member. 
When one of the IHRAAM investigators, Kevin Annett, publicly surfaced this evidence, he became immediately targeted by a COINTELPRO-type “dirty tricks” campaign by the RCMP and its aboriginal agentsthat continues to the present day.

4. A United Nations conference on child trafficking, held in Vancouver in September, 1999, confirmed in its summary report that Vancouver is one of three cities in the world where “organized child prostitution and trafficking operates with unofficial police and judicial protection … including at the elite Vancouver Club.”

Considering these facts, we urge protesters to continue their actions against the Vancouver Club even after Dick Cheney has gone, and expose the reason why Cheney is appearing at this center where the proven rape, torture and possible murder of children goes on with impunity – and whether Cheney is himself connected to these crimes.

The ITCCS will be pursuing this investigation and will include its findings in its final report in January, 2012, and will seek an indictment against the Vancouver Club and Dick Cheney in international courts of justice.

How do we put these churches on trial? And make sure they never harm our children again?

The aboriginal man who asked me this last year answered his own question a moment later:

My people used to banish criminals like that from their villages, forever.

This man is a survivor of torture and saw little friends murdered by priests swho were never named or arrested. He has been at my side for years now, picketing and occupying Catholic churches across Canada to demand justice for the living and the dead.

His words are part of a debate that has occupied our Tribunal for some months now, and which resulted in the Proclamation of our Elders that precedes this.

Our Tribunal into Crimes against Humanity has been over two years in preparation. I’m now delighted to announce its formal inauguration across Europe and North America. But our ITCCS has changed and expanded beyond our original vision, from an investigative body into a movement that seeks to permanently end the reign of terror of church corporations.

The ITCCS has been working on the ground in five countries – Canada, the USA, Australia, Ireland and England – to gather the evidence and the witnesses to a massive, global criminal conspiracy directed primarily against children, but aimed as well at indigenous nations and the sovereign rights of all people.

This accumulated evidence now includes conclusive forensic proof that children died violently and from exposure to diseases at Catholic and Protestant Indian schools across Canada, as the result of deliberate actions and policies by both the church and state whose purpose was racial and ethnic extermination.

We have been naïve to think that crimes of such enormity can be confronted within existing legal and political systems in the western world, since that same world originated the crime.

Not only do the churches and governments behind the torture, trafficking and killing of children consider themselves blameless, but they command enormous resources, and they enjoy the willing collaboration of many of their victims, as well as state-funded aboriginal politicians, judges and policemen who are themselves implicated in these crimes.

This fact, and bitter experience, shows that we are marginalized from the start if we rely on the status quo for justice. That leaves us only two weapons that we can depend on: direct action and our own system of justice.

The first means is simple: we will not allow the churches that harmed and continue to harm children to operate any longer in our communities.

The second means requires that we establish genuinely independent common law courts outside the jurisdiction of so-called Admiralty, Crown and Canon law. Our own courts will grant victims the power to name, arrest, try and indict, and then sentence, those persons and organizations responsible for their suffering.

In short, like at the Nuremburg Trials after World War Two, we are compelled to create a new moral and legal framework in order to uproot the crimes of our own culture.

We believe that these means are the only long term safeguards against such predatory and unrepentant institutions.

We must stop forever, and not simply reprimand, those who threaten our children and our liberties, by actually disestablishing and banishing such criminals and their organizations from our communities.

The need to rely on these methods to create our own system of justice has been confirmed by the attacks made against our work and our organizers in the past year from those whom we are exposing for their continued trafficking and murder of innocent children.

During 2011, leading up to the planned opening of the ITCCS forum in London on September 15,  key leaders of the Tribunal, including me, were subjected to imprisonment, deportation, smears and other “dirty tricks” by the governments of Canada and England, and saw many of our best supporters intimidated into silence. Our arranged London venue was nullified, key funders were compelled to sever their ties with the ITCCS, and formerly supportive media networks suddenly and without explanation withdrew their offers to broadcast our forums and our evidence.
