VANCOUVER, B.C. - A tentative truce in the war of words between the 9/11 Vancouver Hearings speakers and the 9/11 War Crimes Tribunal appeared to have been reached on Oct. 3, 2012 when the Tribunal returned all Presentations, files, Evidentiary Submissions and Affidavits, as requested in a September 30, 2012 letter by the speakers.
Below is the paper trail documenting this happy occurrence in 9/11 investigation community relations
October 3, 2012 correspondence

Alfred has kindly send us copies of our submissions. Some of those he lists, such as Alan Sabrosky and Anthony Hall, have not submitted. But I have opened the file to which he has linked, which you can download and open to find the WITNESS folder and discard the rest. Then you will have your own submissions and those of the others who have submitted, absent Dean Hartwell and Susan Lindauer, who have said we could use their submissions in compiling the e-book of evidence that Greg and I are working on. I have safely downloaded and obtained the file.
2. Judge Alfred Lambremont Webre, JD, MEd (9/11 War Crimes Tribunal)
8:38 PM (20 hours ago)
Jim - Hi! Thank you.
Please understand that the 9/11 Tribunal is following procedure to the spirit and letter of the law, as it understands them. Judge and witnesses of the Tribunal are all doing our best under trying circumstances as are your team.
I really do think that our intent and actions have been mischaracterized, perhaps because of mis-communication.
Our intent in this communication is to follow your request of Sept. 30, 2012 and return the speakers-signatories all of the files of the 9/11 Vancouver hearings.
Perhaps we can use this occasion to reset our communications to "cordial"?
Each of the signing speakers has received the same letter as you have via dropsend.com, and each has 7 days to download the file from dropsend.com. The zip file contains all of the speaker files, or about 325 MB.
There are no applications, to my knowledge, just PDFs and Word.docs in the ZIP file sent to you via Dropsend.com that is 325 MB.
The contents of the files are all of the submissions, affidavits, presentations and documents of all of the 9/11 Vancouver Hearings speakers except two who have opted to stay with the 9/11 War Crime Tribunal:
That would be: Sabrosky; Hall; Honegger; Holmes, Boldwyn; Cimino; Fox; Deets; Masud; Felton; Prager; Fetzer' McCarthy; Blakeney; Barrett; Kollerstrom; STS and Tarpley.
Dropsend has notified me that only you and Greg Felton have downloaded the files from Dropsend.com as of this writing.
The files are extremely numerous, too onerous to send one by one.
Jim - Could you please ask everyone to download the files from Dropsend.com? If there is a general problem, I will try and find another way to send a 325 MD file.
I am ccing all of the signatories to facilitate solving the problem and getting the 9/11 Vancouver Hearings files to you all.
Many thanks! Alfred ;-)

Alfred,
Thank you for this, but I am being told the download contains an application. Could you tell me what you
have included there? I appreciate having this archive and your generosity of spirit in forwarding it. But I
am concerned about the application. Could you send me the files, one at a time, with no application?
With appreciation,
Jim
P.S. Am I the only recipient?
