"Think about it. He would possibly have been chosen by the ruling elite for his particular role partly because of the goodness that naturally shines through him. It attracts people-- what an asset. One cited example is that of Obama writing "24 May 2008" instead of the correct date of 25 May 2011 because of alleged MKULTRA handsignals by the Church of England officials. May 24 is Queen Victoria's birthday and an official "Queen's birthday throughout the British Commonwealth.

"Identify
the Perpetrator" is a successful strategy that individuals and groups can

"Friendly

of U.S. President by mass deception.
The
individual "Barack Hussein Obama" would not have been re-elected U.S.
President on Nov.6, 2012 but for the outside intervention of two major HAARP
triggered environmental warfare false flag events, each of which was created by
an international war crimes racketeering organization known as the New World
Order, and in each of which Barack Hussein Obama participated knowingly and
intentionally as an agent of the NWO organization.
These two
HAARP false flag events were Hurricane false flag Isaac, (August 21-September
1, 2012,) and Hurricane false flag Sandy, (October 21-31, 2012), which are the
bookends to the U.S. Presidential campaign. Hurricane Isaac was steered into
the Republican convention in Tampa, Florida, cancelling its first day and

Our headline is: Hurricane Sandy appears to be a false flag operation with
multiple purposes, including, further rehearsing of the New World Order (NWO)
lockdown of the USA, the United States, because that appears to be the targeted

World Order asset Barack Obama, whose legal name is Barry Soetoro; and
activating catastrophobia, fear of catastrophes, in the North American and
world public in order to promote a North American Union, a world government,
and other New World Order projects.
U.S. President Barack Obama’s
approval rating
Secondly, with regard to securing the re-election of global New Word Order
asset, Barry Soetoro, (that's his actual legal name). His Manchurian candidate
name is Barack Obama and that's a manufactured name. His biological
father is not the Kenyan civil servant named Barack Obama who was assassinated
in a car wreck, an arranged car accident in 1982 in Kenya (arranged by the
CIA). Let's see how effective that has been.
The keynote - one of the principal indicators, of whether a US president is
going to be elected or not is what they call the approval rating. No sitting
president with more than a 50% approval rating has failed to secure
re-election. Well guess what? Barack Obama's/Barry Soetoro's approval
ratings on November 1, 2012, were at 50%.
Listen to this. On October 27, 2012, (the HAARP false flag hurricane
Sandy was October 22-31, 2012), just prior to the brunt of Sandy on October 27,
2012, the Obama approval had plummeted seven points from 53% to 46%. It
appeared that if his republican rival, Mitt Romney, had a surge than he would
win or stood a good chance of taking the presidential vote. At this stage
with Obama's approval ratings above 50% as of November 1, 2012, while no one is
predicting victory, no sitting president with a 50% approval rating has failed
to secure re-election. It appears as though Sandy has secured that goal as
well.
If we look at the bookend false flag hurricanes, the HAARP false flag Hurricane
Sandy of October 22-31, 2012, and Hurricane Isaac of October 21-September 1,
2012, [they] were both environmental warfare psyops on the US and world
political systems by this international war crimes, racketeering organization
headed up by the British crown and the international bloodline banking
syndicate, centered in the city of London that controls the HAARP-Chemtrails
weapons system of mass destruction.
Hurricane Isaac, as you recall, was steered directly into the GOP, the
Republican convention in Tampa, Florida, so as to cancel the initial events on
the first day, and kind of deflate that convention and deflate its public
profile and the bounce that Romney would have gotten. And then, hurricane Sandy
came in on October 22-31, 2012, bringing up the approval rate to the required
level.
Hurricane Sandy and
"Friendly Fascism"
Let's switch and begin to look at what we call friendly fascism, or iron fist
inside the velvet glove aspects of Sandy.
If you look at hurricane Sandy as compared to some of the other environmental
war- HAARP directed false flag events, the loss of life was very low from
Sandy. For example, when you compare it to the hundred and fifty thousand dead
in the HAARP–Myanmar cyclone of May 2008. That's one hundred and fifty thousand
dead compared to about a hundred dead. Some people say 'oh it was off-world
technology that counteracted the New World Order-HAARP manipulation that kept
the death toll that low'. But, I think that the more realistic perspective is
that the New World Order-HAARP controllers took a friendly fascism approach.
That's a term that when I was a futurist in the mid-seventies doing the
proposed Carter White House extraterrestrial communications study, the term
'friendly fascism' came up. That is sort of fascism with a smile.
In a way, Barry Soetoro/Barack Obama embodies, embodies, friendly fascism. He
is so user friendly from a certain point of view. And it's friendly
fascism. The New World Order-HAARP controllers wanted to tilt the
election to Obama but not do an environmental, genocidal, war attack like the
2008 Myanmar cyclone where one hundred fifty thousand persons were killed. They
were yellow and brown, and they were in Asia, and that was a different case.
Or, the 2010 Haiti earthquake that was the Vancouver winter Olympics
earthquake. What occurred there is that the Canadian governor general was
actually a woman of Haitian extraction. The Canadian governor general is the
woman that represents the British crown, the Queen of England. The government
of Haiti was resisting the Rothschild controlled companies who wanted to
exploit the gold reserves and petroleum reserves that had just been discovered
under Espanola, the island that Haiti sits on. So they flattened Port au
Prince, the government of Haiti, and the presidential palace with an
earthquake-bomb by HAARP that resulted in two hundred thousand people killed;
more than Hiroshima and Nagasaki. And that certainly was not friendly
fascism.
One has to look at it from that perspective. Probably it's more to rehearse a
New World Order lockdown in North America with gradations, while still
maintaining Barry Soetoro/Barack Obama as a friendly fascism New World Order
asset.
Hurricane
Sandy and the New World Order
This gets us into the next subject here on THE NEWS Live, which is the whole
New World Order facets or aspects of this environmental war event known as
hurricane Sandy. We know that the HAARP-Chemtrails global weapons system is
controlled by the city of London bloodline bankers and the British crown. The
city of London bloodline bankers has been documented that they are essentially
a satanic cult. It has been documented in many books. One book is called The
Illuminati, The Cult that Hijacked the World. I urge people to google
that and to read it, and to judge from themselves by the evidence.
Here we have a whole number of elements that harken back to what actually
happened in WW2 during the Hiroshima bombing, where the one Christian city,
(Hiroshima in Japan), was chosen for the bombing by the Manhattan Project which
was, in essence, controlled from the inside by agents of the city of
London-Illuminati banking consortium. One of the themes here in world genocide
is anti-spirituality and anti-spiritual leaders such as the Christ. It's not a
religion such as the Vatican as a political organization, but rather things of
that sort. So what do we have here? Just open your minds to the fact that
“Christ”, “Christie”, “Christ-Christ”, “Christopher Christie”, “Christ-Christ
'e'”, was a central character in this environmental war hit. And that the
environmental war hit drove “Christ-Christie” into the arms of the New World
Order asset, Barack Obama. The environmental war hit had the function of
raising Barack Obama and “Christ-Christie” into world prominence as heroes,
with the Satanic intelligence deploying this 'laughing all the way home'.
You may think that this is idle speculation but a long study of some of
these elements [has been done]. For example, we've been able to isolate that
the Tromso Norway HAARP facility was used in November 9, 2009, for the Tromso
Spiral that occurred the night before Barack Obama's Nobel speech in which he
mentioned the war and not peace. That was one of those productions. The same
Tromso Norway HAARP facility was used for the March 11, 2011, Fukushima-HAARP
event.
U.S. News & World Report: HAARP
Conspiracy
What was interesting was that US News and World Report is a mainstream
newspaper and it actually ran a story on October 29, by Elizabeth Flock saying
Conspiracy theorists [are] saying Obama engineered hurricane Sandy “as
hurricane Sandy blasted the eastern seaboard, a number of conspiracy theorists
have decided Barack Obama engineered the mega-storm to secure his
re-election.” Then they go on and talk about HAARP.
If one goes out and looks at the data just for the record, on some of the
key websites like HAARPstatus.com, an independent website that has a real time
sensor network from over 28 sensors placed in rural areas across the United
States. During the Sandy period they recorded “the strongest HAARP readings in
the projects history.” They were literally “off the charts and lend credence to
parallel claims that hurricane Sandy is being engineered to create mass
destruction.” Some of the facts, or the conclusions are that the strongest
readings in the history of this project have peaked. A never before seen white
shade indicates about a value higher than 10 on the scale. The scale is from
1-10 and this was above 10. HAARP status projections showed New Jersey and they
showed the storm being steered. There's plenty of evidence on the Internet.
I'd like to spend the closing 2-3 minutes of this initial broadcast of THE
NEWS Live just reviewing with you, the viewing audience, the false flag events
that have been reaped by the HAARP-Chemtrails false flag weapons of mass

at these operations and see what the script is and what the damage is.
First of all, the false flag operation of September 11, 2001. HAARP was one

The Haiti earthquake of 2010, two hundred thousand dead.
The BP Gulf oil spill of April 20, 2010. The Obama administration was
responsible for the negligence that allowed this, with the Corexit, to ruin the

actually aided and abetted BP and the British crown in doing this.
The Fukushima HAARP radiation event of March 11, 2011. Likewise, Barack

And now we have Hurricane false flag Isaac, (August 21-September 1, 2012,) and
Sandy, (October 21-31, 2012,) around the 'Selection' of 2012 and the

4. As U.S. President he has covertly
participated in and served as "public Capstone" for false flag
strategic deception operations intended to deceptively deprive U.S. citizens of
their rights under the Bill of Rights including their right to bear arms, and
ultimately to depopulate and enslave the U.S. population.
The individual "Barack Hussein Obama" has intentionally and
consciously participated in false flag operations that are part of an

Various Layers
of Sandy Hook
Let's look at various layers of
this story. First of all, Sandy Hook as [part of] a long standing
(publicly funded by tax payers) CIA/intel program to disarm the civilian
population in preparation for a police state known as the New World Order

prioritize gun control above second amendment rights by the widest margin since
President Barak Obama/Barry Soetoro took office. According to a new pole
released December 24, 2012, 49% of those poled say it's more important to

Let's
look to a second part of this and that is the structural components. How
exactly is it that this program is structured of nineteen mass
murders? They're slightly different in the technologies employed from
assassination to assassination as say Columbine on April 20, 1999, (Hitler's
birthday) to Aurora, Colorado, on July 20, 2012, around THE DARK KNIGHT RISES. THE
DARK KNIGHT RISES being a motion picture that was showing in Aurora, Colorado,
where Sandy Hook appears inside THE DARK KNIGHT RISES. We're going to ask
whether, in fact--symbolically as part of the mass mind control program, if
Barak Obama/Barry Soetoro is 'The Dark Knight' that is 'Rising'. No

we have a statement from Admiral Gunther K. Russbacher who is a thirty-year
plus veteran of the CIA and Naval intelligence, and who was held prisoner because
he released a lot of this information. He was husband to a colleague of mine,
Rayelan Allan. Admiral Russbacher was asked 'How are the subjects for the MK
Ultra assassination programs chosen?'' and he gave out a whole series of levels
(one through ten or so) and this is just to show an introduction to Level One

Dialectic
And we're
again going from Rumor Mill News, Rayelan Allan: "In the case of the
children” (this is what occurred at Sandy Hook) “being murdered by children.
This is a "CIA modified" "Hegelian Dialectic" technique. In
other words, if you want society to become something different than it is, you
must set up the conditions which will bring about the desired results.” The
Hegelian Dialectic was Thesis, Antithesis, and Synthesis. Inside the CIA, it's
called Crisis Creation, Crisis Solution, and Crisis Control. A Navy Captain,
Trenton Parker, describes how the CIA uses the technique in foreign countries

Horrific violence and mass murders committed by people with guns who are either
programmed or in the employ of the CIA or government agencies. That's what the
Crisis Creation is. The Crisis Solution replaces Synthesis. [For example,]
draconian gun laws that take the guns away from everyone including law abiding
citizens. In other words, Crisis Control now becomes a new Thesis. In the case
of gun violence, the new Thesis will resemble a Police State where only the
government will have guns. To further illustrate the point, America is a nation
full of guns and guaranteed the right to own and bear arms by the Constitution.
America cannot be taken over by the New World Order and their

The plot

Now let's
look at the plot of Sandy Hook. How was the false flag accomplished? It
was through the classic false flag technology using a drill. This is what
they used in 9/11. They had simultaneous drills going on to mask the false
flag and to set up a patsy, in this case, Adam Lanza. There are a number of solutions

were actually two events: The real event that took place and Homeland

role in Sandy Hook Psyops
Let's ask
about Obama's role. We know that we have hurricane Sandy previously (you can go
to the November 2, 2012, THE NEWS Live) and we show that hurricane Sandy was
HAARP directed, and Sandy Hook is a town in New Jersey that was hit by
hurricane Sandy. Hurricane Sandy ensured Barak Obama's election, because right
before the election, Obama's approval rating was plunging down 7 points, down
to 46%, and then no U.S. President had ever been re-elected with an approval
rating of less than 50%. Hurricane Sandy hit, he went into the Commander in
Chief role, and the approval level went above 50% fifty percent and Obama wins.
So
we have THE DARK KNIGHT RISING that was showing at the Aurora, Colorado,
shootings earlier in 2012. There's a Sandy Hook reference in the BATMAN movie,
and now we have hurricane Sandy ensuring Obama's 2012 electoral victory, [In
THE NEWS Live report] we show that Obama is one of the three principals in
the New World Order of upper theatre personages of the Pope, the Queen and the
Obama. A section of Gotham City was renamed Sandy Hook from South Hinkley
from the latest 'Dark Knight' release THE DARK KNIGHT RISES.
I,
for one, find it difficult to believe that U.S. President Barack H. Obama aka
Barry Soetoro, a lifelong CIA asset (and we have published extensively on this
at Exopolitics.com) was personally uninformed about and unaware about the
December 14, 2012, Connecticut shooting, the July, 2012, Boulder, Colorado,
shooting and many other shootings; and prior administrations are, in fact, part
of a sophisticated MKULTRA assassination Cointelpro program. If you're lifelong
CIA, you sort of know that's one of there programs. Therefore, we can reasonable
assume that he has constructive awareness of cultural assassinations.
Therefore, the question arises is Obama himself 'The Dark Knight Rising'?
That
is, we have the coming of a police state. That's the agenda that's being
pursued now around 'The Dark Knight Rising' and this dark figure. Is Barack
Obama now being portrayed in this upper theatre drama in the U.S., 'The Dark
Knight Rising' as one part where the guy is conducting mass assassinations and
mass mind control, and the other side of the CIA personified in Obama, a
lifelong CIA asset, is mind controlling the people into thinking that he's the
savior? There's a lot of evidence that points that way. For example,
there's an analysis of the famous video where Obama cried. Not only that those
were crocodile tears, but also it is that his presentation is actually set out
in hypnotic language and hypnotic techniques.
Obama
starts out very slowly with a naturally slow language (we'll put the link at
Exopolitics.com) There's a common hypnotic technique in order to allow the
subject time to respond to suggestions, imagine images, and feel
sensations conjured by the hypnotist. And then Obama starts louder 'scripture
tells us outwardly we're wasting money, inwardly we're being renewed day by
day'. The process with which the mind searches between alternative meanings is
called trans-derivation. The searching through these various meanings is part
of what distracts the rational part of our mind as part of hypnotic induction,

hours after the Boston Marathon explosions, Truth movement researchers had
already deconstructed the major aspects of the Boston Marathon false flag

England, guilty as charged of Crimes against Humanity in Canada and of engaging

Prime Minister Stephen Harper guilty of the same offenses.
2. This verdict was
based on irrefutable evidence, including eyewitness accounts of Elizabeth
Windsor's personal involvement in the forcible abduction and disappearance of
ten children from the Kamloops Indian Residential School on October 10, 1964,
while on a state visit to Canada. Ms. Windsor has never denied or refuted this
charge or evidence, nor did she respond to a Public Summons issued by the

Whatever it is that dwells in Rome behind the mask of religion and empire is inexorably being revealed. And its mask slipped further yesterday with more startling revelations involving the new Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio.
A reliable source in the British civil service who has provided accurate internal leaks in the past to our Tribunal has revealed the following to an ITCCS officer in London:
Commencing in September of 1981, the present Pope Francis 1 acted as an agent for the Argentine military Junta to acquire Exocet missiles which were used against the Royal Navy flotilla during the Falklands War the following year.
During September and October of 1981, Pope Francis, as then-priest Jorge Mario Bergoglio, applied through his friend Roberto Calvi, a high official in the Vatican Bank, for the funds that allowed the Argentine Junta to buy "at least twenty" of the Exocet missiles at a cost of over $200 million, according to the British source.
The same source stated to an ITCCS officer in London on April 9, 2013,
"The Junta knew the British would oppose their seizure of the Malvinas so they got their man Father Bergoglio to get them the missiles, since he was friends with Roberto Calvi. Margaret Thatcher was the Prime Minister in 1982, and both she and Buckingham Palace knew that it was Bergoglio who had lined up the missile funding for (General) Videla. Thatcher in fact approved an MI-6 plan to eliminate the priest, Father Bergoglio, but that fizzled out. The extraterrestrial is my brother
“Where we
came forth, and once more saw the stars.” Cites Dante—the famous verse
that closes the last canto of The Inferno—to describe astronomy’s
mission. This is above all “giving back to men the just dimension of a
small and fragile creature before the incommensurable scenario of
billions and billions of galaxies.” And then we discover that we are not
the only beings to inhabit the Universe? The hypothesis does not
unsettle it much more so. It is possible to believe in God and in
extraterrestrials. The existence of other worlds and other life, even
more evolved than ours, can be accepted without this interfering in the
discussion the faith of creation, the incarnation, the redemption. Words
of an astronomer and of a priest. Words of José Gabriel Funes, Director
of the Vatican Observatory. Argentinian, 45 years old, Jesuit, from
August 2006, Father Funes has the keys to the historical Pontifical
Palace of Castel Gandolfo, which Pius XI gave to the Vatican Observatory
in 1935. Around one year he gave it back, to receive that of the
Basilian monastery situated on the border between the Pontifical Villa
and Albano, where the observatory’s study, laboratories and libraries
were moved. It brings together courtly and serene styles that from soft
detachment of earthly things to whom is used to having eyes turned
heavenward. A little bit of a philosopher and a little bit of a
researcher like all astronomers. Contemplating the sky is for him the
most authentic human act that can be done. Because—he explains to
“L’Osservatore Romano”—it enlarges our heart and helps us to get out of
so many hells that humanity has created on the earth: violence, war,
poverty, oppression.”
LOR: How did the Church’s and Popes’ interest in astronomy come to be?
FUNES:
The origins can be traced back to Gregory XIII, who was the artifice of
the calendar reform in 1582. Father Cristoforo Clavio, Jesuit of the
Collegio Romano, was part of the commission that studied this reform.
Between 1700 and 1800, three observatories sprung up by papal
initiative. Then in 1891, in a moment of conflict between the church
world and the scientific world, Pope Leo XIII wanted to found, or better
re-found, the Vatican Observatory. He did it precisely to show that the
Church was not against science, but promoted a “true and solid”
science, after his own words. The Observatory was therefore born of an
essentially apologetic scope, but with the years became part of the
dialogue of the Church with the world.
LOR: Does the study of the laws of the Cosmos bring us closer to or farther away from God?
FUNES:
Astronomy has a deep human value. It is a science that opens the heart
and the mind. It helps us to put our life, our hopes and our problems
into right perspective. In this sense—and here I speak as a priest and
as a Jesuit—it is also a huge apostolic tool that can bring one closer
to God.
LOR: Give us some examples.
FUNES: Sufficient to
remember that about thirty craters of the moon are named after ancient
Jesuit astronomers. And that a solar system asteroid has been named
after my predecessor to the Observatory, Father George Coyne. One could
also recall the importance of contributions such as those of Father
O’Connell to the individualization of the “green ray” or of Brother
Consolmagno to the declassification of Pluto. It goes without saying the
work of Father Corbally—vice president of our astronomical center in
Tuscon—who has worked with a NASA team on the recent discovery of
residual asteroids in the formation of binary star systems.
LOR:
Can the Church’s interest in the study of the universe be explained by
the fact that astronomy is the only science that has to do with the
infinite and therefore with God?
FUNES: To be precise, the
universe is not infinite. It is very big, but finite, because it has an
age: about 14 billion years, given our most recent findings. And if it
has an age, this means that it also has a limit in space. The universe
was born in a determined moment and from then is continually expanding.
LOR: From what has it originated?
FUNES:
From my perspective, the Big Bang remains the best explanation of the
universe’s origin that we have at this point from a scientific
standpoint.
LOR: And from there, what happened?
FUNES: For
300,000 years, matter, energy and light remained in a sort of blend.
The universe was opaque. Then they were separated. Given that now we
live in a transparent universe, we can see light: that of the furthest
galaxies, for example, that arrives to us after 11 or 12 billion years.
One only has to remember that light travels at 300,000 kilometers per
second. And this very limit proves to us that today’s observable
universe is not infinite.
LOR: Does the Big Bang theory support or contradict the vision of faith based on the biblical creation account?
FUNES:
As an astronomer, I continue to believe that God is the creator of the
universe and that we are not the product of chance, but children of a
good father, who has a task of love for us. The Bible is not
fundamentally a science book. As Dei Verbum emphasizes, it is the book
of God’s word addressed to us men. It is a love letter that God wrote to
his people, in a language that dates back two or three thousand years.
Obviously, at the time, the concept Big Bang was completely strange.
Therefore, scientific answers cannot be found in the Bible. In the same
way, we do not know if in the more or less near future the Big Bang
theory will be surpassed by a more comprehensive explanation of the
origin of the universe. Currently, it is the best and is not in
contradiction with faith. It is reasonable.
LOR: But Genesis
speaks of the earth, of animals, of man and of woman. Does this exclude
the possibility of the existence of other worlds or living beings in the
universe?
FUNES: From my judgment this possibility exists.
Astronomers hold that the universe was formed by 100 billion galaxies,
each of them is composed of 100 billion stars. Many of these, or almost
all, could have some planets. How could it not be left out that life
developed elsewhere? There is a branch of astronomy, astrobiology that
precisely studies this aspect and has made much progress in recent
years. Examining the light spectrums that come from stars and planets,
soon it will be possible to single out elements of their atmosphere—the
so-called biomakers—and understand if conditions exist for the birth and
development of life. For the rest, life forms could exist in theory,
even without oxygen or hydrogen.
LOR: Are we referring also to similar beings to us or more evolved ones?
FUNES: It is possible. Until now we have had no proof. But certainly in a universe so big this hypothesis cannot be excluded.
LOR: And this would not be a problem for our faith?
FUNES:
I believe no. As a multiplicity of creatures exist on earth, so there
could be other beings, also intelligent, created by God. This does not
contrast with our faith because we cannot put limits on the creative
freedom of God. To say it with Saint Francis, if we consider earthly
creatures as “brother” and “sister,” why cannot we also speak of an
“extraterrestrial brother?” It would therefore be a part of creation.
LOR: And what about redemption?
FUNES:
We borrow the gospel image of the lost sheep. The pastor leaves the 99
in the herd for go look for the one that is lost. We think that in this
universe there can be 100 sheep, corresponding to diverse forms of
creatures. We that belong to the human race could be precisely the lost
sheep, sinners who have need of a pastor. God was made man in Jesus to
save us. In this way, if other intelligent beings existed, it is not
said that they would have need of redemption. They could remain in full
friendship with their Creator.
LOR: I insist: if they were sinners, would redemption also be possible for them?
FUNES:
Jesus has been incarnated once, for everyone. The incarnation is an
unique and unrepeatable event. I am therefore sure that they, in some
way, would have the possibility to enjoy God’s mercy, as it has been for
us men.
LOR: Next year, the 200th anniversary of Darwin’s birth
will be celebrated and the Church returns to confront itself with
evolution. Could astronomy offer a contribution to this conflict?
FUNES:
As an astronomer I can say from observations of stars of galaxies there
emerges a clear evolutive process. This is a scientific fact. Here I
also do not see a contradiction between that which we can learn from
evolution—providing it does not become an absolute ideology—and our own
faith in God. There exist fundamental truths that therefore do not
change: God is the creator, there is meaning to creation, we are not
children of chance.
LOR: From these foundations, is a dialogue possible with men of science?
FUNES:
I would say it is necessary. Faith and science are not irreconcilable.
John Paul II said and Benedict XVI has repeated it: faith and reason are
the two wings with which the human spirit rises. There is no
contradiction between that which we know by means of faith and that
which we learn from science. There can be tensions or conflicts, but we
should not be afraid. The Church should not fear science and its
discoveries.
LOR: As on the contrary happened with Galileo.
FUNES:
That was certainly a case which has marked the history of the ecclesial
community and of the scientific community. It is useless to negate that
the conflict never was. And perhaps in the future there will be similar
ones. But I think the moment has arrived to turn the page and look
somewhat to the future. This incident has left its wounds. There have
been misunderstandings. The Church in some way has recognized her
errors. Perhaps she could have done better. But now is the time to heal
these wounds. And this can be realized in a context of serene dialogue
of collaboration. People need science and faith to help each other in
turn, but without betraying the clarity and honesty of their respective
positions.
LOR: But then why is this collaboration so difficult today?
FUNES:
I believe that one of the problems in the relationship between science
and faith is ignorance. On one side, scientists should learn to
correctly read the Bible and to understand the truths of our faith. On
the other, theologians and Churchmen should get up to date on scientific
progress to be able to give efficacious responses to questions that
these continually pose. Unfortunately, even in schools and parishes a
way to help integrate faith and science is lacking. Catholics often
remain stuck at the knowledge of when the catechism was prepared. I
believe that this is a true and characteristic challenge from a pastoral
point of view.
LOR: In this sense what can the Observatory do?
FUNES:
John XXIII said that our mission should be that of explaining the
Church to astronomers and astronomy to the Church. We are like a bridge,
a small bridge, between the world of science and the Church. Along this
bridge, there is one who goes in one direction and one who goes in the
other. As Benedict XVI has recommended to us Jesuits in occasion of the
last general congregation, we should be men on the cutting edge. I
believe the Observatory has this mission: being on the frontier between
the world of science and the world of faith, to give testimony that it
is possible to believe in God and to be good scientists.

independent witnesses whom this reporter has interviewed that Mr. Obama did in

and Bernard Mendez have all given detailed, independent, and consistent
testimony regarding their participation with Mr. Obama in the 1980s CIA Mars jump

secret facilities on Mars including, Mr. Basiago, Mr. Stillings, Arthur Neumann

Andrew D. Basiago was Mr. Obama’s roommate during a
specialized Mars extraterrestrial training that Obama, Mr. Basiago, and Regina
Dugan, formerly director of DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency
undertook in the summer of 1980. Mr.
Obama, Ms. Dugan and Mr. Basiago were each given a copy of the classified U.S.
government’s threat assessment of the Martian extraterrestrial civilization to
review and individually asked to write a report on whether each respectively
thought the Martian civilization was a threat to Earth.
Mr. Basiago and Mr. Stillings have each testified in detail
how they encountered Mr. Obama on the surface of Mars during various
teleportation experiences as part of the 1980s CIA Mars jump room program.

detail as to their participation with Mr. Obama and Mr. Obama’s mother, CIA
operative Stanley Ann Dunham, in a Mars training class in the summer of 1980 at

Two former participants in the CIA’s Mars visitation program of the early 1980’s have confirmed that U.S. President Barack H. Obama
was enrolled in their Mars training class in 1980 and was among the
young Americans from the program who they later encountered on the
Martian surface after reaching Mars via “jump room.”
Andrew D. Basiago,
50, a lawyer in Washington State who served in DARPA’s time travel
program Project Pegasus in the 1970’s, and fellow chrononaut William B.
Stillings, 44, who was tapped by the Mars program for his technical
genius, have publicly confirmed that Obama was enrolled in their Mars
training class in 1980 and that each later encountered Obama during
visits to rudimentary U.S. facilities on Mars that took place from 1981
to 1983.
Their astonishing revelations provide a new dimension to the
controversy surrounding President Obama’s background and pose the
possibility that it is an elaborate ruse to conceal Obama’s
participation as a young man in the U.S. secret space program.
Mars training class held for future Mars visitors
According
to Mr. Basiago and Mr. Stillings, in Summer 1980 they attended a
three-week factual seminar about Mars to prepare them for trips that
were then later taken to Mars via teleportation. The course was taught
by remote viewing pioneer Major Ed Dames, who was then serving as a scientific and technical intelligence officer for the U.S. Army. It was held at The College of the Siskiyous, a small college near Mt. Shasta in California.
They
state that ten teenagers were enrolled in the Mars training program.
In addition to Basiago and Stillings, two of the eight other teenagers
in Major Dames’ class that they can identify today were Barack Obama,
who was then using the name “Barry Soetoro,” and Regina Dugan,
who Mr. Obama appointed the 19th director and first female director of
the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in 2009.
As
many as seven parents of the ten students, all with ties to the CIA,
audited the class. They included Raymond F. Basiago, an engineer for The Ralph M. Parsons Company
who was the chief technical liaison between Parsons and the CIA on
Tesla-based teleportation; Thomas Stillings, an operations analyst for
the Lockheed Corporation who had served with the Office of Naval
Intelligence; and Mr. Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, who carried
out assignments for the CIA in Kenya and Indonesia.
From 1981 to
1983, the young attendees then went on to teleport to Mars via a “jump
room” located in a building occupied by Hughes Aircraft at 999 N.
Sepulveda Boulevard in El Segundo, California, adjacent to the Los
Angeles International Airport (LAX).
Obama identified as having visited Mars at least twice
Mr.
Basiago and Mr. Stillings have each issued public statements
confirming that they both attended Mars training with Mr. Obama and
later encountered him on Mars during separate visits.
On August
21, 2011, Mr. Basiago stated: "Something highly significant has
happened, and that is that two individuals from the same Mars training
class in 1980 (Basiago and Stillings) have met and are comparing
experiences and are able to corroborate not only that they were on the
surface of Mars together but that before reaching Mars via jump room
they were trained with a group of teenagers that included the current
President of the United States (Obama) and director of DARPA (Dugan)."
Mr.
Stillings’ statement, released at the same time, read: "I can confirm
that Andrew D. Basiago and Barack Obama (then using the name "Barry
Soetoro") were in my Mars training course in Summer 1980 and that during
the time period 1981 to 1983, I encountered Andy, Courtney M. Hunt of
the CIA, and other Americans on the surface of Mars after reaching Mars
via the "jump room" in El Segundo, California.”
In a statement
made Sept 20, 2011, Mr. Basiago confirmed Mr. Obama’s co-participation
in the 1980 Mars training class, stating: “Barry Soetoro, a student at
Occidental College, was in my Mars training class under Major Ed Dames
at The College of the Siskiyous in Weed, California in 1980. That fact
has been corroborated by one of my other classmates, Brett Stillings.
Two years later, when he was taller, thinner, more mature, a better
listener, using the name ‘Barack Obama,’ and attending a different
college, Columbia University, we crossed paths again in Los Angeles and I
didn't recognize him as the person that I had been trained with in the
Mars program and encountered on the surface of Mars. In fact, doing so
would have been virtually impossible in any case, because measures had
been taken to block our later memories of Mars shortly after we
completed our training in 1980.”
Mr. Basiago states that during
one of his trips to Mars via “jump room” that took place from 1981 to
1983, he was sitting on a wall beneath an arching roof that covered one
of the “jump room” facilities as he watched Mr. Obama walk back to the
jump room from across the Martian terrain. When Mr. Obama walked past
him and Mr. Basiago acknowledged him, Mr. Obama stated, with some sense
of fatalism: “Now we’re here!”
Mr. Stillings states that during
one of his visits to Mars, he walked out of the “jump room” facility
and encountered Mr. Obama standing beside the facility by himself
staring vacantly into a ravine located adjacent to the facility.
Mr.
Basiago thinks that it is virtually certain that Ms. Dugan also went
to Mars, because he once encountered her at the building in El Segundo
where the “jump room” to Mars was located as he was entering the
building to jump to Mars and she was exiting it. “I know you!” she said,
greeting him as she passed him in the lobby of the building.
Strangers in a Strange Land
Basiago, Obama,
Stillings, and Dugan went to Mars at a time when the U.S. presence on
Mars was only just beginning but many had already gone.
Mr.
Basiago states that in the early 1980’s, when they went, the U.S.
facilities on Mars were rudimentary and resembled the construction phase
of a rural mining project. While there was some infrastructure
supporting the jump rooms on Mars, there were no base-like buildings
like the U.S. base on Mars first revealed publicly by Command Sgt. Major Robert Dean at the European Exopolitics Summit in Barcelona, Spain in 2009.
The
primitive conditions that they encountered on Mars might explain the
high level of danger involved. Mr. Basiago and Mr. Stillings agree that
Major Dames stated during their training class at The College of the
Siskiyous in 1980: “Of the 97,000 individuals that we have thus far
sent to Mars, only 7,000 have survived there after five years.”
In
light of these risks, prior to going to Mars, Mr. Basiago received
additional training from Mr. Hunt. Hunt, a career CIA officer, showed
Mr. Basiago how to operate the respiration device that he would wear
only during his first jump to Mars in July 1981, provided him with a
weapon to protect himself on Mars, and took him to the Lockheed facility
in Burbank, California for training in avoiding predators on the
Martian surface.
When they then first teleported to Mars in
Summer 1981, the young Mars visitors confronted the situation that Major
Dames had covered at length during the class the previous summer –
that one of their principal concerns on Mars would be to avoid being
devoured by one of the predator species on the Martian surface, some of
which they would be able to evade, and some of which were impossible to
evade if encountered.
The Mars program was launched, Basiago
and Stillings were told, to establish a defense regime protecting the
Earth from threats from space and, by sending civilians, to establish a
legal basis for the U.S. to assert a claim of territorial sovereignty
over Mars. In furtherance of these goals and the expectation that
human beings from Earth would begin visiting Mars in greater numbers,
their mission was to acclimate Martian humanoids and animals to their
presence or, as Major Dames stated during their training near Mt.
Shasta in 1980: “Simply put, your task is to be seen and not eaten.”
It
is not known whether NASA-JPL, which is located in Pasadena,
California, had a hand in selecting the young people for their
dangerous interplanetary mission to Mars, but it is conspicuous that
all four had Pasadena, California connections.
Mr. Basiago was
the son of an engineer for The Ralph M. Parsons Company, which is
headquartered in Pasadena. Mr. Stillings was residing in La Canada,
California, which is a suburb of Pasadena. Mr. Obama had just completed
a year of undergraduate studies at Occidental College in Eagle Rock, California, near Pasadena. Ms. Dugan was attending the California Institute of Technology, which is located in Pasadena.
1980: U.S. secret Mars teleportation program and rudimentary facilities on Mars
The
firsthand, eyewitness testimony of Mr. Basiago and Mr. Stillings as to
the existence of a secret U.S. presence on Mars that is made possible
by a revolutionary “jump room” technology that has been concealed from
the public is congruent with similar accounts given by three other Mars
whistle blowers:
(1) Former U.S. serviceman Michael Relfe, who spent 20 years as a member of the permanent security staff of a U.S. facility on Mars;
(2) Former Department of Defense (DoD) scientist Arthur Neumann, who has testified publicly that he teleported to a U.S. facility on Mars for DoD project meetings; and
(3) Laura Magdalene Eisenhower,
great-granddaughter of U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower, who in
2007 refused a covert attempt to recruit her into what was described to
her as a secret U.S. colony on Mars.
Mars researchers, including physicist David Wilcock,
estimate that as a result of the “jump room” technology that Relfe,
Basiago, Neumann, and Stillings have described, the U.S. colony on Mars
that Eisenhower was invited to join might number 500,000 individuals.

VANCOUVER,
B.C. – A third whistle blower has confirmed that U.S. President Barack
H. Obama was a participant in the CIA’s teleportation "jump room"
program of the early 1980’s.
Bernard Mendez made this allegation
during a seminar held in Vancouver, British Columbia on June 1st under
the auspices of the B.C.-based ExoUniversity.org.
During
the seminar, Mr. Mendez stated that he, Mr. Obama, former DARPA
director Regina E. Dugan, Andrew D. Basiago, and William B. Stillings
attended a jump room training class taught by Maj. Ed Dames at College
of the Siskiyous in Summer 1980.
Bernard Mendez also stated that
he teleported with Mr. Obama and Mr. Basiago in jumps that took place
from 1981 to 1983, when Obama and Basiago were college students.
At
the time, Mr. Mendez, who once served as a special assistant to
President Richard M. Nixon, was investigating the jump room program for
the US intelligence community.
On November 8, 2011, this reporter
was the first to report revelations made by Basiago and Stillings that
Obama served with them in the jump room program of the early 1980’s.
The two chrononauts then appeared on late night talk radio’s Coast-to-Coast AM
with Laura Magdalene Eisenhower, the great-granddaughter of US
President Dwight D. Eisenhower, to discuss their involvement in the US
secret space program.
Maj. Dames called the show to deny his involvement in the jump room program.
Mr.
Mendez’ statements confirming the existence of the CIA’s jump room
program and the roles played by Maj. Dames and Mr. Obama in it directly
refute these denials.
Other jump room program participants
identified by Mr. Mendez and Mr. Basiago, including Dugan [who is now an
executive with Google], as well as a female program participant who is a
member of a Presidential family, have neither confirmed nor denied
their involvement in the CIA’s jump room program as of this writing.
Asked
for comment on Obama’s silence in the face of confirmation of his
participation by three jump room participants, Mr. Basiago stated,
“President Obama campaigned for president pledging that his
administration would be one of transparency. He must now fulfill that
promise and acknowledge that he served with us in the jump room
program.”
1980-83 CIA jump room program
During
the ExoUniversity.org seminar, Mr. Mendez explained that his mission to
evaluate the CIA’s jump room program originated from discrepancies
being reported by the jump rooms on the U.S. east and west coasts,
respectively. The east coast jump room was located in New York City, the
west coast jump room in El Segundo, CA.
According to Mendez, the
jump room technology had been transferred from a species of Grey
extraterrestrials to the U.S. government. The west coast and east coast
jump rooms were reporting up to 40 incidents of participant injuries per
month occurring during jump room “teleportation” to unknown
environments in space. Yet, several days after each teleportation jump,
the reported injuries to participants had disappeared.
Both the
east coast and west coast CIA jump rooms experienced losing power at
times when their control room in Ohio was reporting normal operation of
both jump rooms. The speculation was that the source of the jump room
technology – Grey extraterrestrials – may have been covertly interfering
with the functioning of the jump room teleportation technology,
unbeknownst to control room operators in Ohio.
The U.S.
government deployed Mr. Mendez, along with an evaluation team that
included several prominent U.S. astronauts, to determine the causes of
these discrepancies and determine the true destinations of the jump
rooms.
Mr. Basiago and Mr. Stillings have confirmed that Mr.
Mendez was both one of their fellow chrononauts taking jumps with them
and a federal investigator whose primary function was investigating
questions like where the jump rooms were going.
Synthetic Quantum Environments (SQEs)
Upon
arriving at the jump room training class at College of the Siskiyous in
1980, Mr. Mendez debriefed Maj. Dames about his intelligence mission to
evaluate the program.
He then began a series of test jumps
from the west coast jump room. On one such test jump he recalled
teleporting with Mr. Obama and Mr. Basiago to a planetary environment in
space that was initially thought might be the Mars they had been
trained for. Mr. Mendez recalls that when he had Mr. Obama shoot a
flare at the sky, the flare bounced off a ceiling at about 62-foot in
the sky, indicating that the three chrononauts had teleported to an
artificial environment or domed enclosure of some kind. The precise
location of that enclosure was uncertain, and may have been either a
dome on a celestial body, such as Mars, or a freestanding holographic
creation in space.
Mr. Mendez determined after multiple jumps
that the destination the jump rooms were reaching was not Mars. Mars
was out of position when most of the jumps took place. Its atmosphere
was deficient in oxygen to sustain human life. Gravity on the surface
was stronger than Mars’ gravity would have been. The temperature swings
on Mars (from -175 F to +225 F) would have made surface visits not
survivable. Mars' lack of an ionosphere would have led to the
irradiation of the jumpers.
He concluded that the jump rooms were
actually taking the program participants to a “synthetic quantum
environment” or SQE, a term invented by Mr. Basiago to describe a fold
in the time-space continuum in which the Grey extraterrestrials have
established an “artificial holographic planetary domain.”
“According
to Bernard Mendez, the jump rooms were not visiting Mars but "folds" in
time-space created by the Grey extraterrestrials that the Apollo
astronauts called “slots.”
“These ‘slots’ or niches in time-space
contain synthetic quantum environments in which the Greys have stored
event scenarios that have taken place at different times on different
planets, including Earth and Mars.”
The jump room program
resulted, Mendez explained, from an ET-human liaison project involving
the Greys and the US government, in which the young Americans involved
were selected by the Greys and then trained by the CIA.
“This
astonishing revelation means that President Barack Obama is a contactee
selected by the Grey extraterrestrials to participate in the secret
space program,” Mr. Basiago commented.
New land in time-space
According
to Mr. Mendez, the US government has identified 153 “synthetic quantum
environments” constructed by the Greys in the near Earth environment
ranging 400 miles from Earth, on the surface of the Earth, and beneath
the surface of the Earth.
Because they contained new land that
might be territorially acquired, the US government was actively
discovering and exploring these SQEs with a view to making them part of
the United States.
Mr. Mendez was tasked to negotiate with the
Greys as part of his evaluation mission. During the negotiations, the
Greys indicated that the system of “synthetic quantum environments” had
been built by them for purposes of conditioning and educating humanity
to be able to sustain a future role among organized intelligent
civilizations in space and in the inter-dimensional multi-verse.
A chrononaut’s contrary view
In
a panel discussion sponsored by ExoUniversity.org held on June 2nd that
included all three whistle blowers – Mendez, Basiago, and Stillings,
Mr. Stillings shared his view that the destination the jump rooms were
reaching was, in fact, Mars.
Mr. Stillings argued that the
Martian moons Phobos and Demos could be seen in their proper locations
and trajectories in the sky and that jumper Courtney M. Hunt once stated
that the Viking 2 apparatus was about 20 miles away from the jump room
infrastructure that the jumpers called “the Corkscrew” because of its
spiral structure. These clues indicated that the jumpers were on the
real Mars and not a simulation.
NASA cannot be relied on to
provide accurate data about Mars, Stillings stated, citing the space
agency’s claim that atmospheric pressure on Mars is only eight
millibars. Such an atmospheric pressure would not have been sufficient
to sustain parachute deployment of the Mars Exploration Rovers Spirit
and Opportunity to the surface.
A cosmic-level disclosure event
Mr.
Basiago, who has spearheaded efforts to have America’s chrononauts come
forward and share their experiences with the public, called Mr. Mendez’
account “a cosmic-level disclosure event.”
For his part, Mr.
Basiago thinks that both Mr. Mendez and Mr. Stillings may both hold a
key to the truth. He thinks that since the origins and operation of the
jump rooms were unknown, they might have sometimes been taking the
jumpers to Mars, but at other times were being diverted by the Greys to
synthetic quantum environments where human responses to the threshold of
contact with the wider Universe were studied.
Mr. Basiago stated:
“A
third plausible explanation is that the CIA jump rooms, given to the
United States by the Grey extraterrestrials, were devices that were
sometimes being diverted by the Greys. Sometimes we were visiting Mars,
and other times the jump rooms were teleporting us to the kinds of
micro-Universes that Bernard Mendez is describing.”
In support of
this explanation, Mr. Basiago cited the fact that Grey observation of
US activities in time-space was sometimes noted during time probes using
US time travel technologies while he was serving on DARPA’s Project
Pegasus as a child in the early 1970’s.
He also cited the fact
that power losses were being recorded during times when the jump rooms
were ostensibly functioning normally. This could be evidence that
during operation, the Greys were diverting the jump rooms from Mars to
elsewhere.
Mr. Basiago stated that since NASA has been lying
about natural conditions on Mars, determining whether Mendez’
“elsewhere” interpretation of the CIA jump room program or Stillings'
“Mars” interpretation is the correct one will hinge on official
declassification.
Mr. Basiago observed:
“What we have now
is three fellow jump room participants sharing their experiences… We
were trained for Mars in Summer 1980 and the domain that we were
visiting from 1981 to 1983 was certainly understood to be Mars. What we
are grappling with now is Bernard’s claim that as the U.S. government
investigator tasked to study the project he discovered that we were not
visiting Mars but a… simulation of Mars architected by the Greys in a
bubble Universe… That's a highly provocative claim, but since Bernard
Mendez and Brett Stillings and I were project participants together, in
the interests of truth, I have facilitated all three of us coming
forward publicly and sharing our understanding of what we were part of…
Even if it was not Mars that we were visiting, all three of us agree
that it was an off-planet location in time-space.”
Obama as a time travel pre-identified CIA asset
Whistleblower
Bernard Mendez' detailed testimony that Mr. Mendez not only
participated in the 1980-83 CIA jump room program with Barack Obama, but
engaged Mr. Obama in jump room experiments such as a flare experiment
to determine the location the jump room technology was teleporting to,
further bolsters emerging evidence that Barack H. Obama was involved at
the early age of 19 in a highly classified, top priority U.S. national
security project, and went on to be a life-long CIA asset or operative.
It
is logical, then, that the Obama administration would use such a
high-level asset as Tommy Vietor, official spokesperson of the National
Security Council, to deny, on January 3, 2012, that Mr. Obama was a
participant in the 1980s CIA jump room program.
The CIA jump room program, and its origin with a species of Grey
extraterrestrials with whom the U.S. government has had an ongoing
secret human-extraterrestrial liaison program, is of the highest
national security to the U.S. government.
The CIA and U.S.
national security apparatus surrounding U.S. President Barack Obama will
do everything in its power during the 2012 election year to suppress
evidence that (1) Mr. Obama was part of a secret teleportation jump room
program using Grey extraterrestrial technology to reach synthetic
quantum environments (SQEs), destinations architected by Grey
extraterrestrials.
The CIA apparatus has been suppressing evidence that (2) Mr. Obama
has been since 1980 a full time covert CIA operative, deployed to
infiltrate, perform surveillance on and report back on community

On May 13, 2008, Father
Gabriel Funes, a Jesuit priest who

To make this statement
even more important, the newspaper Il
Osservatore Romano released the
interview. The newspaper Il
Osservatore Romano is the official
mouthpiece of the Vatican. In the article,
Funes stated “Even if we don't currently
have any proof, the hypothesis" of
extraterrestrial life cannot be ruled out”.
"Just as there are a plethora of creatures
on Earth, there could be others, equally
intelligent, created by God," he said.

Monsignor Corrado Balducci
It is with this
statement that he echoes the words of
Monsignor Corrado Balducci, my friend
and UFO researcher many years in the field.
Balducci is known to us researchers as the
“unofficial” voice of the Vatican. At many
UfO Conferences in Italy ,
Monsignore Balducci , once Vatican
Nuncio to Washington DC, often echoed Father
Funes when he said in Public “ All is
possible.” God created us to give praise to
Him, as I imagine he created others species
to do the same. How can God be glorified
without a varied creation?
When I was living and working in Italy for
the past fifteen years, I lived very close
to the Vatican. I would dine often with
Monsignor Corrado Balducci who was also an
expert Demonologist, at his home near Via
Anastasio II . He wanted to be the priest to
open the door to this study of Ufology and
he told me that since no one has ever
hindered him, it serves as a silent approval.
I believe that now the approval is not so
silent with the Vatican proclamation of
Father Funes!
Balducci and I both
would share information and often I would
ask him if he thought that there were aliens
who were demons. He would tell me“ the devil
does not need UFOs”. He believed that over
the last 150 years, this phenomenon has
appeared sequentially and with an increasing
spreading and frequency rate. He wanted to
make it clear that Spiritualism or the
paranormal and Ufology are two different
types of manifestations. He was very
adamant that on evolutionary scale there is
something between us and the angels and they
could be ETS. Essentially we were at the
bottom of evolutionary the ladder because we
know the difference between good and evil,
and often choose evil.
It is obvious that in
the Future, the Catholic Church and the Pope
will have a difficult time incorporating
this belief in official dogma. Maintaining
official Catholic doctrine may be impossible
in this disclosure process because it is all
unmapped territory as yet.
Unlike Father Funes
who says that humans are the only ones
possibly with original sin and therefore
Jesus did not need to die for the sins of
others in the Cosmos, Monsignor Balducci in
2004 said that Jesus did. He said “ Yes, of
course. Jesus died for all beings in the
cosmos. In the sacred Scriptures, He is
called King of the Universe at least sixty -six
times. Balducci adds “never underestimate
the great mercy or compassion of God, whose
grace and compassion surpasses all, and that
means it relates to all of creation in all
the cosmos .”
In his interview,
Father Funes however, claims that original
sin, which by Christian tradition occurred
in the Garden of Eden when Adam and Eve ate
the forbidden fruit of a particular tree,
refers to the fallen state from which humans
can be saved only by God's grace. Asked
about the difficult theological question,
Father Funes answered: "If other
intelligent beings exist, it's not certain
that they need redemption.” They could "have
remained in full friendship with their
creator" without committing the original
sin, he said. If not, extraterrestrials
would benefit equally from the "incarnation,"
in which Jesus Christ, the Son of God,
assumed earthlings' flesh, body and soul in
order to redeem them, which Father Funes
called "a unique event that cannot be
repeated”.

avoided the UFOS subject for centuries
although UFOs are clearly depicted in
Renaissance art. The blessed are usually
followed by beams or balls of light in great

Extraterrestrials & the Vatican
Something
has changed with the Vatican when - Pope Benedict XVI named a new
director for the Vatican Observatory. Father José Gabriel Funes will
succeed a controversial American, Father George Coyne. Father Funes, an
Argentine Jesuit, is already a member of the Vatican Observatory team.
The outgoing Father Coyne, also a Jesuit, has been director of the
Observatory which includes the observatory on Mt Graham ,Arizona for
more than 25 years, and now steps down at the age of 73.
Last
year Father Coyne drew worldwide attention for his public comments on
the topics of evolution and the theory of intelligent design. In an
August 2005 column for the London Tablet, the Jesuit astronomer
criticizes arguments put forward by Cardinal Christopher Schönborn
questioning the Darwinian theory of evolution. A few weeks later,
speaking at a conference in Florida, Father Coyne said that "intelligent
design isn't science, even if it pretends to be."
The Vatican Observatory
The
Vatican Observatory was established by Pope Leo XIII in 1891 to advance
astronomical knowledge and to demonstrate the Church's support for the
physical sciences.
Originally it was
located at Castel Gandolfo, near the Pope's
summer residence. In 1981, because of the
smog that obscures viewing of the sky near
Rome, the main observatory was moved to
Arizona, and Father Funes was spending most
of his time there. Now observatory
scientists can get down to business and
study all the scientific evidence on origins
of life and the universe and not just try
and force fit the Catholic faith into the
myth of evolution. "Intelligent Design" and
the "Abrupt Appearance" will now be
discussed along with evidences that show
that life just hasn't been on Earth very
long.
The scientific
community and the church have split more
than four centuries ago in the outcome of
Galileo's persecution, who said that neither
the Earth nor the Sun were situated in the
center of the universe. In 1633, he was
tried for heretic beliefs and forced to deny
his theory.
"The church has
somehow recognized its mistakes. Maybe it
could have done it better, but now it's time
to heal those wounds and this can be done
through calm dialogue and collaboration",
said Funes. The beginning of the
reconciliation between church and science
began in 1992 with Pope John Paul's
declaration saying that Galileo's trial was
a "tragic mutual incomprehension".
Since then the Vatican
Observatory has been frantically trying to
close the gap between science and religion.
Its meteorite collection is currently one of
the largest on Earth. The observatory was
opened in 1891 by Pope Leo XIII and is
located in Castel Gandolfo. The team of
cleric researchers often participates in
studies held at the observatory at the
University of Arizona.
The Mt. Graham, AZ
Vatican Observatory site holds a special
place. It is the home of the southernmost
extension of many species as well as being,
simultaneously, the location of the
northernmost extension of others. The
Sonoran and Chihuahuan desert populations
also meet in this vicinity. Thus it was
critical to assess the impact of the
observatory presence upon the species
represented on the top of Mt. Graham,
especially those listed as endangered or
threatened.. There is another issue which
has come to the fore more recently than the
environmental issues. This is the issue of
the religious significance of Mt. Graham to
the Apache tribe, specifically those living
on the San Carlos Reservation.
The question
is “are the Jesuits then looking for ET?"
Two major Vatican
observatories, an avante guard astronomer
priest, we need only add that it is it's OK
to believe in aliens and we can see a
revolutionary change in policy. But then
Monsignor Balducci has been studying UFOS
for Years. He has met most of the important
American researchers, such as Steven Greer
and Dr. John Mack, Whitely Strieber and Dr.
Richard Haines. He also had several meeting
with Mexico’s own Jaime Maussan who saw him
in Rome and filmed him in Washington DC when
Balducci gave permission to all the Spanish
world to embrace the extraterrestrial
reality because it does not conflict with
the Catholic religion. I accompanied him to
Washington DC to Steven Basset’s
X-Conference from Rome to receive a special
award for courage. In this timeline, Padre
Balducci precedes Father Funes, Vatican
astronomer who in reality verifies
Balducci’s own claims.
UFOs fascinate
Mosignore Balducci and he approaches the
topic voluntarily even with strangers.He
says” We should believe contactees and
witnesses who say they see UFOS because it
is based on human testimony, as are our
Gospels. Since a great deal of the Catholic
faith is based on witness testimony, we must
realize how important human testimony is. It
would be a tragedy if we began to be
suspicious of all people who report that
they experienced something unusual like
seeing crafts in the sky.
He adds, "What I
understand, there are some very credible
witnesses who have seen this phenomenon and
have come forward. They are courageous and
should not be dismissed. Many church fathers
have addressed the extraterrestrial presence
in early philosophical works. In fact,
testimony is a form of communication of our
faith. Imagine what could happen to
individual and social life if the value of
human testimony were diminished, an act
which would logically cause the decrease and
disappearance of our faith, which is
essential for daily life! "
Balducci adds, "I
think that we need to examine it, then
formulate theological and Biblical
considerations on the habitability of other
planets. First of all, there is a
clarification: We should exclude that angels
use spaceships, because they are merely
spiritual beings. They are wherever they
want to be, and in the rare cases when they
show themselves, they have no difficulty in
assuming a visible form. We can say the very
same thing about dead people. The Holy
Virgin, in the very few cases when she seems
to contact humans (very exceptional episodes
and to be confirmed in their authenticity),
continues to choose other very different
ways to transmit to us her maternal
affection, her urgencies, her maternal
claims or her sweet reproaches. We need to
separate these realities."
I asked
Monsignor Balducci how he reached these
conclusions.
Balducci answered, ”
My conclusions come from my research in
parapsychology and demonology. There are
human testimonies concerning the UFO
phenomenon—in particular the abduction
phenomenon—which are essential to historical
truth and must be considered seriously.
These things cannot be attributed to the
“devil.” He does not need UFOs. This has
nothing to do with the Devil. These
important UFO sightings by credible people
must be taken into account because there are
so many witnesses. It is as important as
scientific research is!
"If we live in
constant skepticism, we will destroy society
and our dignity as human beings. We will
believe no one. Catholicism, which is
partially based on human testimony—primarily
letters of followers of Jesus (Apologists),
who explained the religious phenomena of
Jesus and the resurrection and presented a
certain truth. The church has based many of
its doctrines on this human testimony.
"The Existence of
UFOs is not contrary to one’s faith or
Catholic Church doctrine? The acronym UFO
(Unidentified Flying Object), is used here
in a wider sense to include the existence of
living beings on other planets. The aim of
my intervention and speaking out is to
underline that something real must exist in
the phenomena, and that this does not
conflict at all with Christian religion, and
is considered positive, even among
theologians.
"First, Something real
must exist. Secondly, I have made some
theological considerations on the
habitability of other planets. Thirdly, much
witness testimony favors it. Conclusion:
Something real must exist. These ideas are
mine, and I do not represent the Vatican.
However, I am told that the Holy Father Pope
John Paul II is has seen me on Italian TV
several times and follows my radio homilies.
If there were some objection, I’m sure I
would know. I have much research in this
topic. I believe there to be no problem here.!
I heard that Padre Pio said something of
this nature. Don Andrea Beltrami
(1870-1897), the Salesian Father and servant
of God, prayed also for the possible
inhabitants of other planets. Of the 16
booklets he wrote, one seems to deal with
this topic.
"Second is the
recently sanctified Padre Pio, who was
beatified by Pope John Paul II on May 2,
1999, and canonized on June 16, 2002. He
was asked the following question: “Father,
some claim that there are creatures of God
on other planets, too.” Padre Pio replied,
“What else? Do you think they don’t exist,
and that God’s omnipotence is limited to
this small planet Earth? What else? Do you
think there are no other beings who love the
Lord?” Another time someone asked him,
“Father Pio, I think the Earth is nothing,
compared to other planets and stars.” His
answer: “Exactly! Yes, and we Earthlings are
nothing, too. The Lord certainly did not
limit His glory to this small Earth. On
other planets other beings exist who did not
sin and fall as we did.”
In the May 13, 2008
interview done by the Vatican newspaper
L'Osservatore Romano, Funes adds that such a
notion "doesn't contradict our faith"
because aliens would still be God's
creatures. Ruling out the existence of
aliens would be like "putting limits" on
God's creative freedom.”
So Both Monsignore
Balducci and Father Funes are in agreement
here. They know a phenomenon exists, and
although we don’t know who these aliens are,
it is possible that they are more evolved
than Man is today.

Are Extraterrestrials "the dragon" identified in the Book of Revelation?
One hermeneutical interpretation would have "the dragon" of the Book of Revelations identified as "Extraterrestrial civilizations that the False Prophet (putatively Pope Francis I) promotes to humanity. This role of a Jesuit Pope, promoting "Official ET Disclosure" along with other major institutions such as the United Nations and the major space-faring and extraterrestrial knowledgeable nations such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, and China, would certainly fulfill one dystopian view of extraterrestrial "Disclosure", that of a false flag extraterrestrial invasion such as was predicted by Dr. Wernher von Btraun on his death bed and related to Disclosure Project witness Dr. Carol Rosin.

March 13 is a significant date, both in Exopolitics and in the hermeneutical interpretation of Pope Francis !.
March 13, 2013, the date of Pope Francis I nomination, was the 16th anniversary of the Phoenix Light, a massive space craft that overflew Phoenix, AZ. on March 13, 1997. March 13, 1997 is a significant event in the Exopolitical community that follows the Extraterrestrial presence on Earth.
If there is a meaningful, synchronistic relationship between the March 13, 1997 Phoenix Lights date and the March 13, 2013 Pope Francis I nomination date, then there may re a meaningful relationship between the Extraterrestrial civilization and/or human black budget faction piloting the space ships involved in the Phoenix Lights sightings and the nomination of Jesuit Pope Francis I. As a Jesuit Pope, Francis could intentionally lead and "official disclosure" of either (1) an Extraterrestrial race behind the Phoenix Lights, which could be non-benevolent or benevolent, or (b) a False Flag "Extraterrestrial" operation by black budget human UFO craft, if in fact the Phoenix Lights were human ARVs (Alien Reproduction Vehicles). Either way, Jesuit Pope Francis I would, under these scenarios fulfill the "False Prophet" role which leads humanity to "worship" the dragon, namely Extraterrestrial visitors or black budget false flag operation whose mission is to prop up the New World Order, including the Vatican.
Currently, the Phoenix Lights experts focus on the March 13 date without correlating this to the March 13, 2013 installation of Pope Francis I.

Iranian nuclear engineer hosting International Peace Conference in Italy March21/2013 Yet Canada says Iran is threat to peace? Mehran Keshe, an Iran nuclear engineer and founder of the Keshe Foundation has recently offered his scientific knowledge, new technologies and new solutions to major global problems such as famine, water shortage, lack of electrical power, climate change and disease through the use of specifically developed plasma reactors which also gives mankind the real freedom to travel in deep space. He has offered this to all world leaders in attempt to usher in world peace. The peace treaty conference is scheduled for March 21/2013 in Italy.(1)
In light of Canada’s surprise severing of diplomatic relations with the Islamic republic last September, I am wondering if Mr. Harper will be attending this peace treaty. It is ironic that “ Minister of Foreign affairs John Baird, has called the Iranian government “the world’s most significant threat to peace.” As of late, Canada has become the target of the Iranian Press TV and Iran is wondering why Harper is calling the kettle black when Canada has a host of its own human rights violations. In an interview with a Vancouver reporter, International lawyer Alfred Webre went in as far as to say that that Prime Minster Stephen Harper was an” out an out Zionist” who was following Israel’s “repressive policies”. As a Canadian I am not happy to hear that the Keshe Foundation says we should call the Maple leaf on the flag of the Canada a” Maple thief”(3) of Canada, and that this should become the new flag for pirates on high seas in the coasts of east Africa. Mehran Keshe details on how he was taken off a flight from Brussels to Mexico City via Toronto. He was interrogated and terrorized for 11 days by Canadian authorities. All his scientific documents and computers were copied and he claims his technology was stolen before he was put back on a flight to Brussels. He states that the “Canadian Government and its bosses are involved in special stealing rendition program under the cover of terrorism”.(4)
I suppose Mr Keshe should not take this personally as our own Canadian scientists are treated just as abhorrently. Dr Shiv Chopra, a whistle blower scientist who worked at Health Canada was vilified and fired from his position at Health Canada for speaking out against the dangers of BST/BGH hormone in milk. (5)
I hope Iran does not paint all Canadians with the same brush as our government officials. Many Canadians feel they no longer have a voice and that their Prime Minister has become a dictator and who is selling off Canadian resources to foreign corporations.(6) There is something wrong when Canadian reporters get fired for signing a petition against FIPA.( 7)
Many of us Canadians want this technology to come forward and long for world peace. In Mehran Keshe’s recent interview with Alfred Webre he talks about the principles of this magnetic “free energy “and all the wonderful practical applications. We can only hope that world leaders, including Mr. Harper would embrace this technology and accept the olive branch and gift this Iranian scientist from the Keshe Foundation wants to give to the world.(8)
In this important February 16, 2013 update, Dr. Courtney Brown, director of the Farsight Institute discusses his interim findings on the June 1, 2008- June 1, 2013 Global Climate Change Remote-Viewing Study Multiple Realities, Timelines, and Events.
In this video update, Dr. Brown concludes that 15 February 2013 meteor event over Russia, the largest since the Tunguska event, coupled with the close approach of the roughly 50 metre asteroid 2012 DA14 thar occurred about 15 hours later may constitute the meteor or asteroid event referenced in the Farsight Institute study, which predicted a global coastal event destroying most coastal cities on the planet in June 2013. Dr. Brown states he does no expect any other meteor or coastal event between February 16, 2013 and June 1, 2013 based on the Farsight study. Dr. Brown refers to the holographic nature of reality and to the his remote viewers having possibly viewed a global coastal event happening in June 2013 on Earth in some other timeline or holographic version of Earth or parallel universe.
Some have speculated that Planet X would be responsible for the June 2013 global coastal event predicted by the Farsight Institute study. Dr. Brown's interim update appears to suggest that Dr. Brown does not expect any other meteor or coastal event between February 16, 2013 and June 1, 2013 and that the Farsight Institute report states that no global coastal event caused by Planet X can be expected through June 1, 2013.

timelines.

Basiago's conclusions regarding DARPA's 1971 chronovisor probe of 2013 appear both to conclude that the respective catastrophic timelines viewed in each study are not the actual (non-catastrophic) timelines that Earth is actually experienceing in 2013.

Is Earth on a positive timeline, 2013-2020?
How extraterrestrial civilizations may be shielding Earth from
catastrophic damage by solar storms

Two independent science-based probes provide some, although
not definitive, evidence to support a possible catastrophic timeline for Earth
in 2013 and the near term future.
A 1971 U.S. Department of Defense DARPA chronovisor time
travel probe to the year 2013 found the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, DC
under 100 feet of brackish water.
In a 2010 Farsight Institute remote viewing probe of June
2013 using the largest number of military-trained remote viewers in history,
39% of the military-trained remove viewers found a global coastal event and
devastated coastal cities and populations, with the U.S. Capitol (directly
across the street from the U.S. Supreme Court) being devastated and by deep
water, congruent with the 1971 DARPA chronovisor probe of 2013.
A positive time line
Neither of these two studies is definitive, however. The results of the 2010 Farsight Institute
probe of June 2013 are skewed between a 2013 “catastrophic” timeline and a 2013
“non-catastrophic” timeline. Statistically, 39 percent of the remote viewing
reports achieved a disaster score of “3” (Catastrophic), while 29% of the
remote viewing reports achieved a disaster score of “0”
(Non-catastrophic). In my opinion, if
the Farsight Institute remote viewing study is valid, it is statistically almost
as much a certainty that a non-catastrophic (positive) future envisioned by 29%
of the remote viewers will occur in 2012-13 as that the catastrophic timeline
envisioned by 39% of remote viewers will occur.

Deep Underground
Military Bases (DUMBS)
One response of the U.S. government to the 1971 DARPA
chronovisor probe of 2013 was to order the building of approximately 174 deep
underground military bases. Donald H. Rumsfeld was defense attaché to Project
Pegasus and a member of the Nixon cabinet. Rumsfeld, had knowledge of 1971
chronovisor probe to 2013. U.S. Executive authority under U.S. President
Richard M. Nixon or his successors can then have plausibly relied upon the
DARPA Project Pegasus chronovisor “2013 Washington DC catastrophic timeline”
information in making an executive decision of the U.S. government to proceed
with the development of a network of deep underground military bases (DUMBs)
that now reportedly may number up to 174 DUMBs. There are also reported elite
underground bases in Norway and other locations worldwide.
If, as Mr. Basiago points out, “this catastrophic vision of
Washington, DC might be from an alternative time line that does not materialize
on our time line,” then the entire network of DUMB underground bases and
socially repressive anomaly infrastructure used by the U.S. government and
elites to implement this predicted 2013 “catastrophic timeline” would backfire
against the governments and elites.
Theoretical causes of
a global coastal event: Our dual Sun? Sagittarius Dwarf galaxy?
Two theories are emerging for the global coastal event
predicted by the 1971 DARPA and 2010 Farsight Institute probes of the year
2013. One theory is that a catastrophic global coastal event could be caused by
an inner solar system flyby of our dual Sun.
Another theory is that our solar system is part of the Sagittarius Dwarf
galaxy, which is being consumed by the Milky Way galaxy. Celestial bodies from
the incoming Milky Way galaxy entering the inner solar system could cause the
predicted catastrophic global coastal event.
Theory I: Nemesis, our
dual Sun
Astronomers estimate that over half of all star systems in
our Galaxy have multiple stars, that binary star systems are the norm, and that
single star systems are a special case.
A March 11, 2010 article in Astrobiology
Magazine presented a probable case for the existence of our dual Sun, a
brown dwarf called "Nemesis" or "Nibiru/Planet X". The
article titled: “Getting WISE About Nemesis”, stated: “A dark object may be
lurking near our solar system, occasionally kicking comets in our direction.
Nicknamed “Nemesis” or “The Death Star,” this undetected object could be a red
or brown dwarf star, or an even darker presence several times the mass of
Jupiter.”[1]
On February 11, 2013, researcher Marshall Masters reported the results of a study of an object of interest as seen from the Turrialba Volcano, Costa Rica, that may have characteristics of the posited twin star to our Sun. That report can be viewed here: http://youtu.be/zJi_aAYNgUU
Theory II: The
Sagittarius Dwarf galaxy
A report in the Astrophysical Journal “demonstrates
how the debris from the Sagittarius galaxy, which is 10,000 times smaller in
total mass than the Milky Way, is getting consumed by the latter.”[2]
Global warming on
Earth and in the solar system is thought now to be the product of the Milky Way
galaxy consuming our Sagittarius galaxy. “Scientists postulate that as the Sun
and its attendant satellites, including Earth, get consumed by the Milky Way,
the higher energy levels in this much larger galaxy will cause the Sun to burn
hotter, and to emit higher energy. This,
scientists say, is one reason temperatures have been rising steadily in all
plants in our solar system. As the consumption of Sagittarius by the Milky Way
continues, further changes are being spotted, and monitored, in our own
planetary system: Dark spots appearing, and growing, on Pluto; auroras being
reported on Saturn; the polar shifts in Uranus and Neptune; the doubling of the
intensity of the magnetic field on Jupiter.”
Celestial bodies now being spotted at the edge of our solar
system may in fact be from the incoming Milky Way galaxy. Rodney Gomes, a noted
astronomer at the National Observatory of Brazil in Rio de Janeiro, presented
his recently completed computer models suggesting the existence of the distant
planet at a meeting of the American Astronomical Society in Timberline Lodge,
Ore., May 2012. According to Gomes
research, “A planet four times the size of Earth may be skirting the edges of
the solar system beyond Pluto. Too distant to be easily spotted by Earth-based
telescopes, the unseen planet could be gravitationally tugging on small icy
objects past Neptune, helping explain the mystery of those objects' peculiar
orbits.” This planet may be part of the Milky Way galaxy, and from a solar
system that is approaching ours.
Worst-case scenario
In a worse case scenario, during a fly-by in the inner solar
system, Nemesis, or a similar incoming celestial body from the Milky Way
galaxy, could approach within 2.85 AU of our Sun (about 265 million miles),
creating huge solar flares and solar storms that in turn create a global
coastal event of our planet, devastating coastal human settlements and
populations. as foreseen in the 1971 DARPA chronovisor and 2010 Farsight
Institute remote viewing probes.
How extraterrestrials
may be shielding Earth against solar storms
One hypothesis that is that planet-sized
Extraterrestrial/Ultra-dimensional UFO craft photographed around the sun are
actually installing shielding mechanisms to shield the solar system and Earth
from the solar flares and storms that Nemesis or an incoming celestial body may
cause.
Interdimensional
portals on our Sun
Figure I is a NASA SOHO photograph, dated July 4, 2012, showing
triangular interdimensional portals or stargates on the Sun through which large
inter dimensional UFO craft enter into our solar system and reportedly begin shielding
operations on our Sun. Physicist Nassim Haramein holds our Sun is a singularity
or interdimensional portal into our solar system for UFOs from civilizations
from other dimensions in the multiverse.

There is historical, exopolitical precedent for such a
precautionary action by ethical extraterrestrials concerned about vulnerable
human civilizations exposed to violent solar storms. Ancient artifacts released
by the Mexican government in 2012 show extraterrestrials doing just this in
past cycles.

Earth: A Catastrophic
or positive future, 2013-2020?
Both the 1971 DARPA chronovisor and the 2010 Farsight
Institute remote viewing probes of 2013 depict a catastrophic global coastal
event, and at the same time are not definitive studies. Either or both probes can be reporting
catastrophic timelines that do not materialize as the "actual"
timeline in 2013 or future years.
Scientific opinion about the existence of our dual Sun or an
incoming celestial body is highly divided. A number of prominent scientists investigating
these issues have reportedly met mysterious deaths, and there is evidence of a
government coverup in this area. Thus hard data as to the existence and itinerary
in the outer solar system of a dual Sun or other incoming celestial object is
difficult to locate, with possible the exception of the February 11, 2013 report of an object of interest from
the Turrialba Volcano in Costa Rica.
There is hard data evidencing 174 deep underground
military bases that have been constructed, apparently on the basis of the 1971
DARPA probe to 2013 and other data at an estimated cost of $2-3 trillion in
black budget funds. The existence of
these 174 DUMB military bases demonstrates that the U.S. national security
state has made an unprecedented investment in preparing to survive a flyby of a
dual Sun or other incoming celestial bodies.
These DUMBS may well live up to their acronym (i.e. “DUMB”)
and be useless relics of elite and military paranoia, even if the threat from a
dual Sun or incoming celestial bodies is real. The evidence the Mexican government
released in 2012 show that advanced ethical extraterrestrial civilizations shielded
Earth from the more damaging effects of our dual Sun in the distant past, as
NASA SOHO photographs show they may be doing in the present.
Is Earth on a
catastrophic or positive timeline 2013-2020?
On balance, the evidence shows, more probably than not, that humanity is
on a positive timeline, 2012-2020 and beyond, thanks in part, perhaps, to the
demonstrated interventions of ethical extraterrestrial civilizations shielding
Earth from the effects of solar storms.
What our positive
future can look like, 2013-2020
Humanity can co-create a positive future under the helpful
umbrella of these ethical extraterrestrials in five key areas. These areas are:
I - Transformation of Human Consciousness - Humanity can
consolidate a new human consciousness of open interaction with
multi-dimensional civilizations; Develop new healthy forms of world public
order; and Build new human settlements around interaction with
multi-dimensional civilizations.
II - New Energy Transformation - Humanity can achieve
disclosure and public application of secret quantum access technologies, such
as teleportation and time travel, and anti-gravitic and zero point energies.
III - Transformation from War Economy to Sustainable Economy
– Humanity can achieve a sustainable economy and rational public order,
including: Abolition of hereditary rule; Global virtual democracies; Universal
disarmament; Abolition of the U.S. Federal Reserve & private central banks;
Abolition of fiat currencies; Forgiveness of public and private debt (as fruit
of illegitimate banking cartel); Deconstruction of international banking
cartels; Limit on bloodline wealth/power accumulation (No more $100-250
Trillion families); Guaranteed wealth & income for all humans (Every human
can be a billionaire with proper re-distribution of wealth on planet Earth).
IV - Official Disclosure of Earth Policy toward Mars – Humanity
can officially acknowledge intelligent life on its nearest planetary neighbor Mars and enter into an Earth-Mars
Protection Treaty.
V - Extraterrestrial Civilizations Liaison - Humanity can
develop trans-planetary grass roots, and a transparent international
organization for lasting planetary interface with the galactic and universe
community in a post-shift environment.

The Keshe Foundation has developed a one-paragraph World
Peace Treaty it is asking all world leaders to sign, both as individuals and as
