Jeff Peckman is the Chief Proponent of The EXTRA Campaign, the official campaign of the ballot initiative to create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission in Denver, Colorado.  The Extra Campaign is committed to collecting at least 4,000 valid signatures from Denver's registered voters to get Initiative 2008-01 on the ballot in May 2009.  The "ballot title" or question which would appear on the election ballot.
