Statement By Alfred Lambremont Webre, JD, MEd

We are here tonight to repudiate secret acts of nearly a quarter century ago.  In 1977, a U.S. White House administration openly acknowledged its ignorance about a wider Universe reality in our midst.  The highest democratically elected authority in this land sought the most creative of our sciences in understanding the open approaches of an Extraterrestrial intelligence.  Then, an information war scuttled that Carter White House study of extraterrestrial communication, even as its work was beginning.  A narrow plutocratic clique - hosted in the United States of America - has attempted to lead our entire planetary generation into believing a planetary lie: that we are alone in the Universe.

If there is an Extraterrestrial presence in Earth's dimension, why here and now?   Perhaps that Extraterrestrial intelligence is impelled to assist us out of our petroleum-nuclear planetary coffin.  Our petroleum-nuclear civilization has made toxic our oceans, atmosphere, and landmasses.  The hole in the ozone layer has now expanded from Antarctica to hover over a city in southernmost Chile, expanding the threat of human skin cancer and the disappearance of food-chain vegetation.  Global warming and greenhouse gases, caused by our petroleum-nuclear civilization (as well as by solar and galactic activity), threaten Earth's species, habitats, and basic ecology.  Already, our polar ice cap is melting.  Earth's ionosphere and magnetosphere are being dangerously affected by global electromagnetic weapons and mind control systems such as HAARP and other monstrosities. Electromagnetic weapons affect the human brain's limbic system, and can trigger earth changes by altering the magnetosphere and tectonic plate systems.  Universe society may be here to give our planet life-saving assistance.  It may be a matter of planetary ecology and the directives of an advanced Extraterrestrial civilization.  Some of us call that civilization Universe society.

We may have a decade or so to turn the direction of the petroleum-nuclear civilization around.  Public disclosure by all governments of possible extraterrestrial presence may be absolutely necessary to our survival.  The Extraterrestrial presence may be a vital component of our saving the ecology of Earth.  They may be here to assist us beyond petroleum-nuclear into cosmic free energy sources; beyond our planetary regime of war, disease, crime and poverty into a Universe-based future.

Consider that Earth's ecology may be the true goal of extraterrestrial disclosure.  Saving the Earth may be why we are really here tonight.  To rally in the full measure of our political understandings and say - Enough! No more lies!

Let us push for a special Decade of Contact in all countries, a transformation of our human self-image.  The Decade of Contact is a proactive, education-based process of global integration with Universe society.  Our entire terrestrial fabric - environmental, energy, governmental, educational, scientific, technological, philosophical - calls out for a new Universe-based reality.  Let us save our precious Earth.  Healing Earth's ecology can be a new, explicit goal of the disclosure process.

Tonight we birth a new vision - a planetary campaign for a Universe-based ecology.  Let's start right here and now by demanding open hearings in the California Legislature at Sacramento, and in the United States Congress at Washington, DC, on the extraterrestrial presence, and on exo-solutions in solving our global environmental crisis.  We shall also be seeking Open Hearings in other planetary venues, for example: Mexico and Brazil in this hemisphere; France, Sweden, and Russia in Europe; China and Japan in Asia.

Tonight we are entering a new domain of politics - Universe exopolitics.  We shift tonight from a terrestrial-bound community to a Universe-directed body politic, which is our fundamental cosmic entitlement.  The transformation starts within all of us.  For we ourselves are the Universe transformation.  We are the exo-government.  We are the new Universal human.  Thank you.

Add to the reports and legends of presidential experiences with UFO and ET issues a new book that describes President Jimmy Carter's encounter with government cover-up.

Written as a serialized electronic book by a former Stanford Research Institute (SRI) futurist, "Exopolitics" reports that a White House study of extraterrestrial communication was "secretly suppressed at the behest of Pentagon officials" in 1977-78.

Author Alfred Webre alleges that the effort to cut off the study was led by the Defense Department liaison at SRI. It was to have been undertaken jointly by the National Science Foundation and SRI's Center for the Study of Social Policy. Webre says he was to have been the principal investigator for the study.

Webre writes that the Carter White House incident is part of what he terms exopolitics-"the process of government and politics in the Universe." "Is there intelligent life in the Universe?" the author asks. "In fact, the truest conception of our human circumstance may be that we are on an isolated planet in the midst of a populated, evolving, highly organized inter-planetary, inter-galactic, universal society.

Earth is isolated because we are in intentional quarantine by a structured, rational universe society." Webre's context communication theory of extraterrestrial intervention was first introduced in his earlier book "The Age of Cataclysm," published by Putnam's in 1974.

He's frequently consulted by national and international media on commentary and near space issues. In the summer of 1999, Webre appeared on over 60 media programs in the U.S. and elsewhere on issues of near space catastrophe.

VANCOUVER, BC - There was a time when I thought that Dave Corso was a Truth movement ally who respected the laws of libel and defamation, broadcasting and truth journalism as part of Wolf Spirit Radio  I had never met the man, and had been added onto large Skype group conversation threads by Corso about 10 times in the past and may have been a guest on his program.

Imagine my sense of dismay when a Facebook friend of mine advised me on Thursday May 9, 2013 that "warriorwolf", the monilker used by Wolf Spirit Radio employee in charge of coordinating its chatroom, had just stated publicly in print that I was ""A Double Agent and a Pedophile." On Friday May 3, 2013, I had just completed an interview with pedophile ring survivor Jay Parker exposing the Satanic/Illuminati pedophile rings and I still felt emotional impact of learning how an adolescent girl had been abducted and axe-murdered in front of the 5 year old Jay Parker as part of Jay's trauma-based mind control by a pedophile ring.  As a long-standing supporter of the B.C. Society for Survivor's of Male Sexual Abuse, I am familiar with the issues that pedophile survivors face.

By Thursday May 9, 2013, the interview had been seen by over 10,000 people and was drawing very positive comments, as well as emails from many parts of the world.

Cointelpro op?

While Cointelpro has labeled me a "Double Agent" in the course of my 40 years of Truth movement activism, this was the first time that I had been labeled a "Pedophile." Coming within days of the release of my interview with Jay Parker exposing 34 million Satanic/Illuminati in the United States, I speculated on whether there was a causal "Cointelpro" connection between my Jap Parker interview and my being called "Pedophile" by an anonymous "wolfwarrior" employee of Wolf Spirit Radio.

My first step was to look up the Hosts of Wolf Spirit Radio to see who as a fellow talk show host I could write for directions as to whom to contact so as to sort out the fact that I had just been defamed by an employee of Wolf Spirit Radio.

I saw I knew two of the Hosts, Sam Mugzzi and Dave Corso.

On September 11, 2011, Muggzi had written me a Facebook note indicating she really respected my interview style:

So I felt safe in writing Mugzzi a message summarizing the facts of the demafation that has just occured, and asked her " Can you please direct me to someone in WolfspiritRadio's management?"

Cyberbully Dave Corso

After I sent my message to Muggzi, I discovered I had Wolf Spirit Radio impresario Dave Corso's email address from emails he sent me. I sent the identical letter to Dave Corso as I had to Mugzzi and waited for a reply, assuming an ethical reply would be waiting for me.

On Saturday May 11, I received this reply from Dave Corso.  In the communications business, it is called a "deflection".  Rather than address the defamation that Wolf Spirit Radio had made against me, Corso "deflected" the conversation by saying "You are in the wrong because you have broadcast interviews with Kevin Annett".

Are Wolf Spirit Radio & Dave Corso Cointelpro?

Let's take each of Corso's and Wolf Spirit Radio's steps one by one for analysis.

1. Corso's Deflection to Kevin Annett - I have known Kevin Annett for over 10 years, since we were both radio talk show hosts for Vancouver Coop Radio CFRO. I have interviewed Kevin Annett regarding his work as the Secretary of the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS.org). There is objective evidence on which to conclude that Pope Joseph Ratzinger resigned in part due to the ground-breaking work of ITCCS.org and Kevin Annet exposing pedophile rings inside the Vatican and Roman Catholic Church.

The rhetotic that Corso uses in impugning Kevin Annett is identical to the rhetoric used against Mr. Annett by CSIS (Canadian CIA) and CIA in the USA.  Kevin Annett's most recent expose is of survivors of Satanic ritual abuse by pedophiles in Europe.

In his "deflection" Corso is both deflecting from my complaint at having been defamed by Wolf Spirit Radio as a "Pedophile" despite my exposing Satanic/Illuminati pedophile networks in the USA, and attempting to villify Kevin Annett, who is now also exposing Satanic pedophile networks in Europe.

2. Who is "warriorwolf"? - Eillen McLaughlin, my Facebook friend who was cyberbullied out of the Wolf Spirit Radio chat room on Thursday May 9, 2013 upon discovering that I had been defamed, stated that this was done by a person with the moniker "warriorwolf". Who is "warriorwolf" and why is Corso endorsing Cointelpro by "warriorwolf"?

3. Are the Hosts and audiences of Wolf Spirit Radio aware of the Cointelpro activities of Corso and Wolf Spirit Radio employees?  I have yet to receive a written response from Sam Muggzi, who apparently trusted my talk show host ethics as of September 11, 2011.
